We hope your preparation for IGJME(India Gem & Jewellery Machinery Expo) Bharat Signature 2026 is in full swing. Please take note of the important information regarding machinery placement for the show.
|
|
Exhibitors are requested to bring all heavy and light machinery on 7th January 2026 between 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm for placement inside their respective booths. Only small, hand-carry machines that do not require forklift support may be brought on 8th January 2026 between 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. It is extremely important to note that no machinery will be placed or moved beyond the defined timelines mentioned in this circular, and exhibitors are advised to strictly adhere to the same. Special attention is requested from all outstation exhibitors to ensure their machinery reaches BEC well in advance in order to avoid any delays or transit challenges.

We have made necessary arrangements of forklifts, hydraulic manual forklifts, and adequate manpower for the machinery placement in your respective booths. The charges for unloading of machines, placing it in the booth & reloading of machines post show will be as under:

Charges of INR 3500/- Including tax would be for unloading & loading per company (9sqmtr). (Payment to be made to Godrej Directly on-site for which receipt will be issued)
|
|
Any additional machinery movement will be charged extra. The charges include loading & unloading services only & does not include packing & unpacking of machines for which the exhibitor will have to make necessary arrangements.
|
|
To help us plan forklift allocation and machinery movement efficiently, all exhibitors are required to submit their complete machinery details through the link provided below. The information captured in the form will assist the logistics team and Godrej in scheduling the unloading and placement in a coordinated manner.

Please also note that storage for empty cartons and boxes from the machinery section will be available outside Hall 6.
