| Greetings from GJEPC!! |
| After a successful edition in 2024 HKTDC is all set to host the next edition of HKTDC Hong Kong International Diamond, Gem & Pearl Show 2025 and HKTDC Hong Kong International Jewellery Show. |
| As being a consistent participant at the HKTDC March show, we have received the proposal from HKTDC to participate in the upcoming Show. Hence with all the positive responses received from past exhibitors GJEPC has decided to go ahead with the participation at the subject show and utilize the opportunity to promote our members under India Pavilion. |

| Participation cost: The booths under Loose diamond, Gemstone & Jewellery section will cost approximately between INR 75000/- to INR 80000/- per SQM. The participation cost is subject to currency fluctuation and can differ during the final billing. |

| We have been offered the same India pavilion location as last year in all the section. |
| Space Application Form: |
|
Interested members are requested to reserve space by filling up the online space application form on https://intl.gjepc.org/login and remit an advance of INR 15,000/- per sqm (i.e. – 15000 x 9 = 135000) through the online payment gateway on or before 15th October 2024.
|
| Allotment Process: |
|
First preference will be given to last edition's (March 2024) participants under India Pavilion provided the space application form and advance amount is received latest by September 30th, 2024. After the given deadline all the old companies who have not submitted the application along with the advance will be treated as new companies.
|
|
New applicants will be given the preference after considering the old participants based on the availability of space. Available space will be allotted on lottery basis.Chits containing the company names will be kept in a bowl for the lottery. Chits will be removed one by one and companies will be asked to select the booth from the available space. If any member company is absent during the allotment, then their chit will be kept aside and next chit will be removed. Member companies who would be absent will be auto allotted the booths.

Please be noted any cancellation after the submission of space application form along with the advance will be liable of cancellation charges. Kindly check the cancellation clause IX mentioned in the terms and conditions.
