We are delighted to share that following our space application circular sent on April 25, 2024, for the IIJS Shows for FY 2024-25 and 2025-26, we have received an overwhelming response from our esteemed members. Over 1100 companies have applied for more than 1900 booths at “IIJS TRITIYA 2025 – Bengaluru”.

Introduction of Hall 3 @ IIJS Tritiya – Bengaluru: To accommodate this increasing demand, we are happy to inform the Introduction of Hall 3 at BIEC, along with Hall 4 & Hall 5. Hall 3 will display more than 350 booths in various sections. We extend our heartfelt thanks to our members for their trust in the "IIJS" brand and continued support to GJEPC.

The Select Club, an exclusive high end Couture Jewellery section made a striking debut at IIJS Signature 2024 Mumbai The Select Club showcased a curated collection of exclusive designs, enhancing the business experience. Building on this success, The Select Club was added in IIJS Premiere 2024 where the number of participants swelled to 101 companies making The Select Club the most talked about section for premium designs amongst the Retailers The Select Club is now all set to make a splash at IIJS TRITIYA 2025, BENGALURU.

We are now poised to proceed with the Booth allotment of IIJS TRITIYA 2025 on "6th December 2024 at Bharat Ratnam – Mega Common Facilitation Centre (MEGA CFC) Gate No. 4 , SEEPZ Special Economic Zone, 6th Floor – Multipurpose Hall 2 (MPH 2) Andheri (E), Mumbai – 400096. Please find below the booth allotment details for your immediate reference, the schedule along with company names for the Booth allotment will be informed shortly.

Please find below guidelines for booth allotment based on the applications received for Booths in jewellery section.
|
|
Allotment of Preference to Applicants in each category will be as per below:
|
|
GENERAL PREFERENCES FOR EVERY CATEGORY
|
- Ordinary Members will have 1st preference in the allotment of booths.
- Members having manufacturing units registered under Udyog Aadhar Number (UAN) / SSI with the Council will get 2nd preference in booth allotment.
- Associate Member will get the 3rd preference in each respective category of allotment/s.
|
|
It may be further noted that Booth Allotment will be undertaken section-wise & from higher to lower space as per availability and through lottery basis. No further changes/modifications in space will be accepted after submission of the online space application form and before booth allotment. The allotment of the booth in below chronological order will be based on availability.
|
|
Chronological order for Booth allotment for Jewellery, Loose Stones, Labs. & Education & “The Select Club” will be as follows:
|
- First Preference: Companies who have retained same area and same location as previous year ( IIJS TRITIYA 2024) will be auto allotted and hence do not have to pe present for the allotment.
- Second Preference : In order to properly align the floorplan few companies have been dislocated.(Refer Annexure 2 in booth allotment schedule circular).These companies will get second preference in booth allotment.
- Third Preference : Companies who have applied for same area different location will get third preference in the booth allotment and as per application received.
- Fourth Preference : Companies who have applied for more area than previous year will get the fourth preference in the booth allotment and as per application received
- Fifth Preference : Companies who have applied for less area than previous year will get fifth preference in the booth allotment and as per application received.
- Sixth Preference : New applicants, IIJS Prime Assure (6 shows) will be given sixth preference in the booth allotment and will be considered for allotment as per general preference for each category as mentioned above (Ordinary,MSME & Associate) and as per application received.
- Seventh Preference : New Applicants IIJS Prime (3 show) will be given seventh preference in the booth allotment and will be considered for allotment as per general preference for each category as mentioned above (Ordinary,MSME & Associate) and as per application received.
- Eight Preference : New Applicants Single Show will be allotted booth based on availability.

Members are informed that application for more area does not guarantee confirmed allotment. The number of booths that will be allotted to applicants will be based as per application submitted & as per the availability through lottery wherever applicable.
|
|
It may be noted that applicants having any past payment outstanding / dues with GJEPC on the date of allotment will automatically be disqualified from the allotment process without any further notice. The allotment of the applicants will be based on their GJEPC Membership status as on 30th April 2024 and as per valid online application with subsequent 50 % advance payments submitted to the Council.

Note: The allotment schedule with company name and time slot, date and floorplan will be shared soon. We request all the members to be present in Mumbai for ease of allotment. However, if any member is unable to be present at the Booth allotment venue in Mumbai, then you can contact your respective regional office of the Council.
