We hope you have received the space application circular sent via email dated 25th March 2023, for submission of your stall application for IIJS Premiere 2023 (Dual venue), IIJS Signature 2024 & IIJS Tritiya 2024, The application process is open and the deadline to submit your application online along with 25% advance payment is 29th April 2023. We request all members to kindly take note of the same and expand your business opportunities with brand "IIJS" for FY 2023-24.

About JWCC: About BEC:

The JWCC will feature more than 500 exhibitors, with over 700 booths, in its three halls at the ground level (Pavilion 1, 2, and 3) spread across a 15,000 square meter area.

Exclusive Couture Lounge will be set up on Level 1 and 2 of JWCC for the display of the most premium and eye-pleasing designer jewellery by the old as well as new participants.

The tried and tested BEC venue will have 5 halls (hall1,2,3,4,5 & 7) spread over an area of 65000 sq mtr to accommodate.1350 Companies and 2550 stalls.

Machinery, Technology, and allied participants will be in hall 7.

We would like to highlight the "EQUITABLE OPPORTUNITY CLAUSE" mentioned in Annexure 1 of the circular, also enclosed below for your quick reference.

EQUITABLE OPPORTUNITY CLAUSE: Any member/exhibitor shall not directly or indirectly participate/exhibit at any fair/show/exhibition of any form or nature, related to gems & jewellery, within the city limits where the IIJS is organized which is similar in nature to IIJS for a period of 30 days before the start and 15 days after the completion of IIJS. In case any member who is a participant/exhibitor at IIJS is found violating this clause, then disciplinary action will be initiated against such member/exhibitor, which will include immediate closure of the booth of the member/exhibitor and/or the said member/exhibitor will lose the chance to exhibit or participate at all future events of the Council and/or be blacklisted/debarred from all the future activities of Council.

In case any exhibitor is found violating this clause, then disciplinary action will be initiated against such exhibitor, which will include immediate closure of the booth of the exhibitor and/or the said exhibitor will lose the chance to exhibit or participate at all future events of the Council and/or blacklisted/debarred from all the activities of Council.
