We are delighted to inform you that we have received an overwhelming response for participation at IIJS Signature 2024 scheduled from 4th -7th January 2024 at Jio World Convention Centre (JWCC), BKC-Mumbai & 5th – 8th January 2024 at Bombay Exhibition Centre, Goregaon-Mumbai with demand for 3000+ booths from 1500+ applicants from gems and jewellery, machinery, and allied industry. With two recognised exhibition venues, nine halls, IIJS Signature 2024 is poised to become the second-largest jewellery exhibition in the world. We would like to thank our members for your trust in brand "IIJS" and continued support to GJEPC.

JWCC is poised to welcome the domestic and International buyers with its world class infrastructure, amenities like parking etc. and a luxurious ambiance. The Select Club at JWCC with 59 curated companies from all over India displaying high end Couture jewellery is the biggest attraction for the top Retailers from metro and semi metro cities and for the Retailers visiting from 800 plus cities of India. To compliment further JWCC will host dedicated section for loose diamond & lab grown diamond companies, international participants along with Diamond and Gold Jewellery participants. With 500+ companies and 700+ stalls, just in JWCC, IIJS Signature 2024, in dual venue and concurrent show IGJME 2024 (India Gem and Jewellery Machinery Expo) at BEC hosting 100+ companies and 150+ stalls, has become bigger, better, and with more exciting business options than ever before.

Please find below guidelines for booth allotment based on the applications received for stalls in jewellery section. Allotment for IGJME 2024, (machinery & allied section ) will be updated at a later date.
|
|
Exhibitors may kindly note that booth allotment for Jewellery section at IIJS Signature 2024 will be based on application received and as per availability in particular venue (JWCC & BEC).
|
|
Allotment of Preference to Applicants in each category will be as per below:
|
|
GENERAL PREFERENCES FOR EVERY CATEGORY
|
- Ordinary Members will have 1st preference in the allotment of booths.
- Members having manufacturing units registered under Udyog Aadhar Number (UAN) / SSI with the Council will get 2nd preference in booth allotment.
- Associate Member will get the 3rd preference in each respective category of allotment/s.
|
|
It may be further noted that Booth Allotment will be undertaken section-wise & from higher to lower space as per availability and through lottery basis. No further changes/modifications in space will be accepted after submission of the online space application form and before booth allotment. The allotment of the booth in below chronological order will be based on availability in respective venues (JWCC & BEC)
|
|
Chronological order of booth allotment for Jewellery, Loose Stones, Labs. & Education will be as follows:
|

First Preference: Companies who have retained same area and same location are auto allotted booths.

Second Preference : In order to properly align the floorplan, we have dislocated few companies. The details of the companies dislocated are attached below in Annexure 1.These companies will get the second preference.

Third Preference: Companies who have applied for same area at different location as previous year will get third preference and as per availability in particular venue (JWCC & BEC).

Fourth Preference : Companies who have applied for more area will get fourth preference and will be allotted booth as per their application and availability in particular venue (JWCC & BEC).

Fifth Preference : Companies who have applied for less area than previous year will get fifth preference and as per availability in particular venue (JWCC & BEC).

Sixth Preference : New applicants will be given sixth preference and will be allotted booth as per availability in particular venue (JWCC & BEC) as per Capped allotment mentioned below.

Preference for booth allotment of The Select Club Applicants: From Higher to Lower space and according to the Membership type (Ordinary, MSME, Associate, respectively).
|
- First Preference : Old applicants will get the first preference in “The Select Club” allotment.
- Second Preference : New Applicants will get the second preference in “The Select Club” allotment.
|
|
Members are informed that application for more area does not guarantee confirmed allotment. The number of booths that will be allotted to applicants will be based as per application submitted & as per the availability through lottery in particular venue.
|
|
Venue for booth allotment:
|
|
We have planned to complete the entire allotment of 3000+ booths in single day only. We request all the members to be present in Mumbai for ease of allotment as per the details mentioned in allotment schedule (enclosed). We sincerely request our members for their wholehearted support and cooperation to make it successful. "The centralised location for booth allotment for all applicants (pan India) will be held at Bharat Diamond Bourse, Convention Centre, C Tower, BKC, Mumbai 400051 on "24th November 2023". For any reason, if member/s are unable to be present in Mumbai for their Booth allotment, then member/s can contact the respective Regional Office of the Council. Please refer the Booth allotment schedule for your exact room number and time to be present at the allotment venue in Mumbai.

We would also like to inform you that the floorplan for IIJS Signature 2024 has been revised based on demand received, hence members are requested to carefully study the floor plan for their booth selection.
|

It may be noted that applicants having any past payment outstanding / dues with GJEPC on the date of allotment will automatically be disqualified from the allotment process without any further notice.
|

The allotment of the applicants will be based on their GJEPC Membership status as on 29th April 2023 and as per valid online application with subsequent advance payments submitted to the Council.
|
|
Exhibitors are requested to note the below:
|
|
To avoid delay in the allotment of booths, Council requests you to follow the set timelines to help us complete the allotment as scheduled. We look forward for your kind support and cooperation for the allotment procedure.
|
- Applicants who have applied for "Same area same location" are retained in their existing locations at BEC, and hence their Booth are auto allotted. These companies do not require to come to the allotment venue and can check the online floorplan.
- Only the decision maker, who can select the booth will be permitted for allotment. Kindly carry copy of the booth allotment schedule along with your company id card & any Government photo id card for smooth entry inside the BDB complex. Kindly use Gate no. 4 / Gate no. 8 for entry in BDB complex. Parking facility in not available in BDB, however members can use various Pay & Park facilities available behind Capital building, Jio Garden, and near Hotel Trident – Distance from DBD is 8-10 minutes, the parking subject to availability. Sincere request to arrive before the allotment time to avoid last minute inconvenience.
- Internal discussions and Calls during selection of booth should be restricted.
- We will provide only 2 mins for booth selection. In case, the booth is not selected within the stipulated time, the booth will be auto allotted by the GJEPC secretariat.
- All exhibitors are requested to follow the mentioned timeline.
- Premium charges will be applicable as per the booth selected and mentioned in the floor plan (like corner charges).

Important:

|
Please note that in case applicant's company name is not mentioned in allotment schedule or on the floorplan even after submission of Online Space application form, or for any other queries, then members are requested to contact the GJEPC Office on or before 23rd November 2023 before 12:00 PM on iijs@gjepcindia.com In case the applicants fail to bring to the notice of the Council, no further requests/queries will be entertained in this regard.

P.N: In case of absenteeism or the participant arrives late at the time of his allotment time and in case his company name is drawn during the lottery then the participant's booth will be randomly allotted directly by GJEPC without any preference. No change or further request in this regard will be entertained.
|
|
