Sub: Circular for Booth Allotment of the 14th edition of IIJS Signature 2022, 6th to 9th January 2022,
Jio World Convention Centre (JWCC) Mumbai.

Dear Applicants,

Greetings from GJEPC!

Further to our circular on opening of the application process for stalls, we at Council, thank the industry for the trust imposed by you in brand "IIJS SIGNATURE"

We are glad to inform you that the booth allotment is scheduled from 23rd to 26th November 2021 at Jio World Convention Centre (JWCC), Mumbai for IIJS Signature 2022. The allotment of the applicants will be based on their GJEPC Membership status as on 30th June 2021

Applicants whose application form is completed in all aspects along with full space application payment, as stipulated, has been received and credited to Council's bank account, on or before 18th November 2021, will ONLY be considered for the preferential allotment as scheduled.

Applicants having any past payment outstanding / dues with GJEPC on the date of allotment will automatically be disqualified from the allotment process without any further notice.

Order of Preference to all Applicants:

The order of preference for booth allotment will be in serialized order of preference from higher to lower area/space as per below, through lottery basis:

  1. Ordinary Members will have 1st preference in the allotment of booths.
  2. Members having manufacturing units registered under Udhyog Aadhar Number (UAN) / SSI / MSME with the Council will get 2nd preference in booth allotment.
  3. Associate Member will get the 3rd preference in each respective section/category of allotment/s.

The chronological order for allotment will be as follows:

  • Less Area
  • Same Area Different Location (as per new venue/floor plan)

Allotment of Preference to Applicants in each category will be as per below:

Since this year there is no Signature Club Section at IIJS SIGNATURE 2022, participants of Signature Club at IIJS Signature 2020 will get preference in stall allotment over general stall applicants at IIJS Signature 2022

1. First Preference: Companies opting for Less area as compared to IIJS Signature 2020
Allotment to Companies who opt for less area as compared to their area in IIJS Signature 2020 will get first preference (based on their membership type as mentioned above).

2. Second Preference: Companies opting for same area as per IIJS Signature 2020
Companies that are applying for same area as per IIJS Signature 2020 will get second preference (based on their membership type as mentioned above).

3. Third Preference: New Applicants who are in Waitlist as mentioned in Annexure 1 will get third preference in allotment

4. Fourth Preference: Fresh Applicants (applying on or before deadline)
Fresh applicants who have applied & submitted the application form for the 1st time, on or before Thursday, 18th November 2021 along with the requisite payment of 100% of participation cost will get fourth preference in allotment.

All new applicants (Waitlisted & Fresh Applicants) will be allotted only 1 booth as per availability, irrespective of the number of booths applied. Allotment will be based on their membership category

Venue for Booth Allotment:

The centralized lottery for booth allotment for all applicants (pan India) will be held from 23rd to 26th November 2021 at the Jio World Convention Centre, (First floor, Meeting Room No. 104 A&B) Opp Bharat Diamond Bourse, BKC, Bandra (E), Mumbai. Regional Exhibitors/Applicants may be present at GJEPC Regional Office as per the details mentioned in allotment schedule

Car Parking for applicants: The guest vehicles arriving for allotment may enter from gate no 20 of JWCC (opposite to Kautilya Bhavan) and can park their vehicles on P2 level of JWCC. Exit gate for the vehicles will be gate No 01. (opposite to Bharat Diamond Bourse)

Please find the below Covid protocols before entering JWCC:

  • All guests entering the venue (JWCC) should be double vaccinated.
  • All guests should have completed 14 days post the date of 2nd dose of vaccination. (2nd dose of vaccination not later than 08th November 2021).
  • Thermal scanning of the guests will be done at the entrance of JWCC
  • For guest with only one dose of vaccination, a negative RTPCR report done within 72 hours of arrival is mandatory.

Please note that in case applicant’s company name is not mentioned in allotment schedule even after submission of Online Space application form, then they are requested to contact the GJEPC Office as per details below before the allotment. In case the applicants fail to bring to the notice of the Council, no further requests/queries will be entertained in this regard.

P.N: In case of absenteeism or the participant arrives late at the time of his allotment time and in case his company name is drawn during the lottery then the participant’s booth will be randomly allotted directly by GJEPC without any preference. No change or further request in this regard will be entertained.
