We are delighted to inform you that in continuation to our space application circular sent on 25th April 2024 for IIJS Shows for FY 2024-25 and 2025-26, we have received an overwhelming response from our respected members with 2200+companies applying for over 14,500+ Booths making IIJS Prime Assure scheme, a grand success. We would like to thank our members for your trust in brand "IIJS" and continued support to GJEPC.

With two venues, 10 halls, and estimated over 2500 exhibitors, and 3500 Booths, the IIJS Premiere 2024 is reassured as the second-largest jewellery exhibition in the world.
|
We are now poised to proceed with the Booth allotment of IIJS Premiere 2024 on "25th June 2024 at Bharat Diamond Bourse (BDB), BKC Mumbai. Please find below the booth allotment details for your immediate reference, the schedule along with company names for the Booth allotment will be informed shortly.

Objective of Allotment:
|
- Promotion of Exports: The government has issued guidelines to boost Gem & Jewellery exports, recognizing their importance to the national economy. These directives aim to make Indian Jewellery standout in the global market, thereby boosting the country's economy.
- Existing Participants continuation: Continued support from our existing participants drives businesses sustainability and aspiration to innovate and grow.
- MSME & Small-Scale Exhibitors: MSMEs are the backbone of the Indian economy, providing employment and contributing significantly to the GDP. Their participation enhances a vibrant, diverse, and overall gem and jewellery sector.
- To promote Design Variety, Flair & Value addition in the Gem & Jewellery sector: Encouraging a variety of designs and innovative flair helps in catering to diverse consumer preferences both domestic and from global market.

Please find below guidelines for booth allotment based on the applications received for Booths in jewellery section.
|
Allotment of Preference to Applicants in each category will be as per below:
|
GENERAL PREFERENCES FOR EVERY CATEGORY
|
- Ordinary Members will have 1st preference in the allotment of booths.
- Members having manufacturing units registered under Udyog Aadhar Number (UAN) / SSI with the Council will get 2nd preference in booth allotment.
- Associate Member will get the 3rd preference in each respective category of allotment/s.
|
It may be further noted that Booth Allotment will be undertaken section-wise & from higher to lower space as per availability and through lottery basis. No further changes/modifications in space will be accepted after submission of the online space application form and before booth allotment. The allotment of the booth in below chronological order will be based on availability in respective venues (BEC & JWCC)
|
Chronological order for Booth allotment for Jewellery, Loose Stones, Labs. & Education will be as follows:
|
- First Preference: Companies who have retained same area and same location as previous year (IIJS Premiere 2023) will be auto allotted and hence do not have to pe present for the allotment.
- Second Preference : In order to properly align the floorplan few companies have been dislocated.(Refer Annexure 1 in booth allotment schedule circular).These companies will get second preference in booth allotment.
- Third Preference : Companies who have applied for less area than previous year will get the third preference in the booth allotment.
- Fourth Preference : Companies who have applied for same area different location will get fourth preference in the booth allotment.
- Fifth Preference: Companies who have applied for more area in different sections will be allotted as per below. These companies will get fifth preference in the booth allotment.

DIAMOND JEWELLERY SECTION, Ordinary, MSME and Associate Members who have participated at IIJS Premiere 2023 and applied for more area will be considered for expansion till next level as per table below

GOLD JEWELLERY SECTION, Ordinary Members who have participated at IIJS Premiere 2023 and applied for more area will be considered for expansion till next level as per table below. (Due to space constraint in Gold Jewellery section companies who have applied for more area 72 and 108 sqm will not be considered for expansion)

IIJS Premiere 2023 MSME ,Associate and Associate Exporter participants who are participating since past 3 years at IIJS Premiere and have not received expansion in previous 3 years and have applied for more area this year: Companies who have participated at IIJS Premiere 2020, IIJS Premiere 2022 and IIJS Premiere 2023 and who have applied for more area at IIJS Premiere 2024 will be allotted as per table below in the “GOLD JEWELLERY SECTION.”

Promoting exports has always been the key objective of GJEPC and also the directives as received from Government. To further enhance the objective and as per the share of Loose diamonds in Indian exports basket as well as to facilitate the potential of Lab grown diamonds, the Booth allotment is designed as per below.

Loose diamonds section - All the applicants in the loose diamond section will be allotted booths at JWCC as per their applications received.
|
International (Loose & Jewellery) - All the applicants in the International (Loose & Jewellery) section will be allotted booths as per their applications received in both BEC and JWCC as per the category.
|
Lab & Education - All the applicants in the said category will be allotted booths as per their applications received in both BEC and JWCC as per the category.
|
- Sixth Preference : New applicants Prime Assure (6 shows) will be given sixth preference in the booth allotment and will be considered for allotment of 1 Booth (9sqm) only through lottery (till Booths are available) as per general preference for each category as mentioned above (Ordinary,MSME & Associate)
- Seventh Preference : New Applicants Prime (3 show) will be given seventh preference in the booth allotment and will be considered for allotment of 1 Booth (9sqm) only through lottery (till Booths are available) as per general preference for each category as mentioned above (Ordinary,MSME & Associate)
- Eighth Preference : New Applicants Single Show will be given eighth preference in the booth allotment and will be considered for allotment of 1 Booth (9sqm) only through lottery (till Booths are available) as per general preference for each category as mentioned above (Ordinary,MSME & Associate)

The Select Club at IIJS Premiere 2024 :
|
- Last year applicants will be allotted maximum area of 60 sqm at The Select Club section at IIJS Premiere 2024.
- New applicants will be allotted maximum area of 36sqm at The Select Club section at IIJS Premiere 2024
|
Members are informed that application for more area does not guarantee confirmed allotment. The number of booths that will be allotted to applicants will be based as per application submitted & as per the availability through lottery wherever applicable.
|
Note: The allotment schedule with company name and time slot, date and floorplan will be shared soon. We request all the members to be present in Mumbai for ease of allotment. However, if any member is unable to be present at the Booth allotment venue in Mumbai, then you can contact your respective regional office of the Council.
