In continuation to the space application circular for IGJME SIGNATURE Mumbai 2025, dated 24th May 2024 (enclosed), We are happy to inform you that the booth allotment has been scheduled on 26th October 2024 Saturday. "The centralised lottery for booth allotment for all applicants (pan India)" will be held at GJEPC Office - D2B, Ground floor, “D” Tower, Bharat Diamond Bourse, Bandra- East, Mumbai 400 051. However, for any personal reason, if any member will be unable to be present in Mumbai for their Booth allotment, then member/s can contact the respective Regional Office of the Council.

Exhibitors are requested to note the below:

|
To avoid delay in the allotment of booth, Council requests you to follow the set timelines to help us complete the allotment as scheduled. We look forward for your kind support and cooperation in our new endeavour for the allotment procedure.
|
- Entry and Documentation for Decision Makers: Only the designated decision-maker, authorized to select the booth, will be permitted for allotment. Please carry a copy of the booth allotment schedule, your company ID card, and any government-issued photo ID for smooth entry into the BDB complex. Entry through Gate no. 4 / Gate no. 8 is recommended. Parking is unavailable at BDB, however Pay & Park facilities are accessible behind Capital building, Jio Garden, and near Hotel Trident (8-10 minutes from BDB, subject to availability). We recommend arriving before the allotment time to avoid last-minute inconvenience.
- Internal discussions and Calls during selection of booth should be restricted.
- We will provide only 2 mins for booth selection. In case, the booth is not selected within the stipulated time, the booth will be auto allotted by the GJEPC secretariat.
- All exhibitors are requested to follow the mentioned timeline.
- Premium charges will be applicable as per the booth selected and mentioned in the floor plan (like corner charges).

It may be noted that applicants having any past payment outstanding / dues with GJEPC on the date of allotment will automatically be disqualified from the allotment process without any further notice.
|
|
For participation at IGJME SIGNATURE Mumbai 2025, GJEPC Membership is not mandatory, However for GJEPC Members the allotment of the booths will be based on their GJEPC Membership status as on 30th April 2024 and as per valid online application with subsequent 50% advance payments submitted to the Council.
|
|
General Preference : The first preference in the allotment will go to Members and the second Preference will go to Non-Members.
|
|
The chronological order of allotment will be as follows:
|
- First Preference : Same area Same location- Companies who have retained same area same location are retained at their old location and are not required to be present at the allotment.
- Second Preference : In order to properly align the floorplan, we have dislocated few companies. These companies will get second preference in the allotment .Please refer Annexure 1 for Dislocated Companies.
- Third Preference : Same area different location- Companies who have applied for same area different location than previous year will get the third preference in allotment and as per their application.
- Fourth Preference : More Area- Companies who have applied for more area than previous year will get the fourth preference in allotment and as per their application.
- Fifth Preference : Less Area – Companies who have applied for less area than previous year will get the fifth preference in allotment and as per their application.
- Sixth Preference New Applicants Prime (3 show) will be given sixth preference in the booth allotment and will be considered for allotment as per their application.
- Seventh Preference : Any other New Applicant will be given seventh preference in the booth allotment and will be considered for allotment as per their application.

International Exhibitors: Companies whose applications have been received through Country Pavilions will be given first preference in the booth allotment. For all other International applicants, the allotment of booths will be done through lottery system and as per application received. Any International applicant having their distributors / partners / dealers / representative in India may attend the allotment (based on authorization letter submission) & can choose the booths on their behalf.

Sister Concern / Group Companies: Group or sister concern companies will not be allotted booth together with International applicants. Such companies will have to go through the allotment process individually.
|
|

Important Notice: Attention Exhibitors
|
|
In the event that your company name is not reflected in the allotment schedule or on the floorplan, despite the submission of your Online Space Application Form, or for any other queries, we kindly urge you to reach out to the GJEPC Office promptly. Please ensure that you contact us on or before 24th OCTOBER 2024 before 2:00 PM at www.gjepc.org/helpdesk. Any concerns or discrepancies brought to our attention after this deadline will not be entertained.

|
Note: If a participant is absent or arrives late during their allotted time, and their company name is drawn during the lottery, GJEPC reserves the right to randomly allot the booth without any preference. No changes or further requests in this regard will be entertained.
|
|
Cancellation during ongoing Allotment : Requests for booth cancellations will not be accepted during the ongoing allotment on OCTOBER 26th, 2024. Companies wishing to withdraw must send a written notice in advance to iijs@gjepcindia.com on or before 24th October 12:00 pm.Please note that cancellation charges, as per the cancellation policy, will apply.
