Greetings from GJEPC!
We hope your preparations for IIJS Signature 2022 is in full swing as we are just 2 weeks away from the show.
We are glad to inform that as like every year, we have appointed Official Freight Forwarding Agency for IIJS Signature 2022. The below mentioned agencies are appointed to provide their freight forwarding services:
- BVC Logistics Pvt Ltd
- Sequel Logistics Pvt Ltd
As mentioned in the exhibitor manual, there will be no overnight storage or vaulting facility at the show. All exhibitors are suggested to apply for safe for storage of valuable in your booth.
All exhibitors are requested to take note that only the above mentioned agencies are permitted to provide freight forwarding services in all 3 area viz., Intl Shipments, Domestic Shipments (outside Mumbai but within India) & Local shipments (within Mumbai). Vehicles/Personnel’s of no other agency will be permitted entry inside the venue, JWCC. In case it is found that any exhibitor has availed services of any other freight forwarding agency other than the agency appointed by Council, strict disciplinary action will be taken against such exhibitors which may include immediate closure of their booths & debarring from participation at any future shows organized by Council.
