We are delighted to share that the response for participation at IIJS Tritiya 2024, and concurrent show IGJME Tritiya 2024 (India International Gem & Jewellery Show), has been overwhelming. We have received applications for more than 1400+ booths from 750+ applicants within the gem & jewellery and machinery & allied industry. This interest is a testament to the enthusiasm and commitment of our esteemed members towards GJEPC and your brand "IIJS."

Considering the significant number of applications received, we are now poised to proceed with the allotment of stalls for IIJS Tritiya 2024 Bengaluru on "31st January 2024 at Bharat Diamond Bourse (BDB), BKC Mumbai. Please find below the stall allotment details to ensure a smooth and successful participation.
|
|
General Preferences for Booth Allotment - All Categories:
|
- Ordinary Members will be accorded the 1st preference in the allotment of booths.
- Members with manufacturing units registered under Udyog Aadhar Number (UAN) or SSI with the Council will receive the 2nd preference in booth allotment.
- Associate Members will be granted the 3rd preference in each respective category of allotment/s.
|
|
It may be further noted that stall allotment will be undertaken section-wise & from higher to lower space as per availability and through lottery basis. No further changes/modifications in space will be accepted after submission of the online space application form and before booth allotment.
|
|
Chronological order of booth allotment for Jewellery, Loose Stones, Labs. & Education will be as follows:
|
- First Preference: Companies who have retained same area and same location are auto allotted booths.
- Second Preference : In order to properly align the floorplan, we have dislocated few companies. The details of the companies dislocated are attached below in Annexure 1.These companies will get the second preference.
- Third Preference: Companies who have applied for same area at different location as previous year will get third preference.
- Fourth Preference : Companies who have applied for more area than previous year will get fourth preference.
- Fifth Preference : Companies who have applied for less area than previous year will get fifth preference.
- Sixth Preference : New applicants will be given sixth preference in the booth allotment.

Procedure for Booth Allotment:
|
|
The centralised location for booth allotment for all applicants (pan India) will be held at Bharat Diamond Bourse, Convention Centre, C Tower, BKC, Mumbai 400051 on "31st January 2024". We request all the members to be present in Mumbai for ease of allotment as per the details mentioned in allotment schedule (enclosed). For any reason, if member/s are unable to be present in Mumbai for their Booth allotment, then member/s can contact the respective Regional Office of the Council. Refer to the stall allotment schedule for your specific room number at the Mumbai allotment venue.

Live Stall Allotment:
|
|
All members can witness the live stall allotment on the day of the event (31st January 2024) at https://gjepc.org/iijs-tritiya/.
|
|
It may be noted that applicants having any past payment outstanding / dues with GJEPC on the date of allotment will automatically be disqualified from the allotment process without any further notice.
|
|
The allotment of the applicants will be based on their GJEPC Membership status as on 29th April 2023 and as per valid online application with subsequent advance payments submitted to the Council.
|
|
Important Instructions for Exhibitors Regarding Booth Allotment:
|
|
To ensure a smooth and efficient booth allotment process, we kindly request your attention to the following guidelines. Your cooperation in adhering to the set timelines is crucial for the successful completion of the allotment as scheduled. We appreciate your understanding and support in making this procedure seamless.
|
|
1. Auto Allotment for "Same Area, Same Location" Applicants:
|
|
Applicants who have opted for "Same area same location" will be retained in their existing locations at BIEC, and their booths will be auto-allotted. These companies need not attend the allotment venue and can check the attached floorplan.
|
|
2. Entry and Documentation for Decision Makers:
|
|
Only the designated decision-maker, authorized to select the booth, will be permitted for allotment.
|
|
Please carry a copy of the booth allotment schedule, your company ID card, and any government-issued photo ID for smooth entry into the BDB complex.
|
|
Entry through Gate no. 4 / Gate no. 8 is recommended. Parking is unavailable at BDB, however Pay & Park facilities are accessible behind Capital building, Jio Garden, and near Hotel Trident (8-10 minutes from BDB, subject to availability). We recommend arriving before the allotment time to avoid last-minute inconvenience.

3. Restrictions on Internal Discussions during Booth Selection:
|
|
Only the designated decision-maker, authorized to select the booth, will be permitted for allotment.
|
|
4.Time Allotment for Booth Selection:
|
|
A strict time limit of 2 minutes will be allocated for booth selection. Failure to select a booth within the stipulated time will result in auto-allotment by the GJEPC secretariat.
|
|
5. Adherence to Timeline:
|
|
All exhibitors are requested to strictly follow the mentioned timeline to facilitate an organized booth allotment
|
|
6. Premium Charges:
|
|
Premium charges, as per the selected booth and indicated in the floor plan (e.g., corner charges), will be applicable.
|
|

Important Notice: Attention Exhibitors
|
|
In the event that your company name is not reflected in the allotment schedule or on the floorplan, despite the submission of your Online Space Application Form, or for any other queries, we kindly urge you to reach out to the GJEPC Office promptly. Please ensure that you contact us on or before 25th January 2024 before 06:00 PM at www.gjepc.org/helpdesk. Any concerns or discrepancies brought to our attention after this deadline will not be entertained.

Note: If a participant is absent or arrives late during their allotted time, and their company name is drawn during the lottery, GJEPC reserves the right to randomly allot the booth without any preference. No changes or further requests in this regard will be entertained.
|
