We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to all our applicants for your continued support and unwavering trust in the IIJS Bharat brand. We are delighted to inform you that, in response to our space application circular dated 24th April 2026 for IGJME Bharat Shows for FY 2026–27 & FY 2027-28, we have received an overwhelming number of applications from 280+ companies applying for 410+ booths for IGJME Bharat – Premiere 2026.

We are pleased to inform you that the booth allotment for IGJME Bharat - Premiere 2026 is scheduled as per below:
|
|
Date: 27th June 2026, Saturday
|
|
Venue: Meeting Hall, Tower B, Bharat Diamond Bourse (BDB), Bandra Kurla Complex, Mumbai - 400051
|
|
The IGJME Bharat - Premiere 2026 exhibition will be held in Hall 5 & Aurum Hall, BEC(Nesco), Goregaon, Mumbai. Please find enclosed the Venue layout for your quick reference.
|
|
You may be informed that BEC (Nesco) has already started dismantling Hall 1, for which we will lose space for 897 stalls (@9 sqm) as it was in IIJS Bharat - Premiere 2025. Due to that all exhibitors who were in Hall No 1 in IIJS Bharat - Premiere 2025 will get displaced and accommodated in different location/s. You may be also informed that progressively due to ongoing refurbishing of NESCO/ BEC in next two to three years one by one dismantling of Hall 2 and 3 will also take place. We will keep you informed of the same.

We would like to inform that after many rounds of planning we are able to compensate such loss. We were able to accommodate all the existing participants of IGJME Bharat – Premiere 2025 as per below and as explained in the zoom meeting conducted by our committee members on 10th June 2026 with Machinery and Allied participants.
|
- All the existing participants who have participated in IGJME Bharat - Premiere, Signature & Tritiya will be allocated same area as applied and as mentioned in annexure 1, enclosed
- All the existing participants who have participated in IGJME Bharat - Premiere and Signature (2 shows), IGJME Bharat - Premiere or Signature (1show) will have their area capped as mentioned below

The entire floor plan for IGJME Bharat - Premiere 2026 has been completely restructured due to operational and venue-related changes as mentioned above. As a result, all previously allocated stalls, stand dislocated, including applicants who had applied to retain the same area and same location.

IGJME Bharat – Premiere 2026 - Hall details below

- Machinery section : relocated to Hall 5 in BEC & Aurum Hall (Newly built in ground 1, opposite Hall 4)
- Allied section : relocated in Aurum Hall in (Ground opposite Hall 4), BEC.

|
Machinery exhibitors selecting booths in Aurum Hall are requested to note that only lightweight and hand carry machinery that does not require forklift movement will be permitted in the Aurum Hall (Weight permitted in Aurum Hall – ½ ton per sqmt). Further please note Air or water connection will not be provided in Aurum Hall.
|

New applicants
|
|
We are disheartened to inform you that due to ongoing renovation at BEC venue, New Applicants will not be considered for allotment in IGJME Bharat – Premiere 2026. We are hopeful of accepting the new applicants in future editions.
|
|
For participation at IGJME Bharat, Membership of GJEPC is not mandatory. For GJEPC Members the allotment of the booths will be based on your GJEPC Membership status as on 30th April 2026.
|
|
Allotment Preference to Applicants in each category will be as per below:

|
Please note that booth allotment will be conducted section-wise, starting from higher to lower space categories, based on availability and through a lottery system. No changes or modifications to space requests will be accepted after submission of the online space application form and prior to the allotment process.
|
|
In order to properly align the floorplan all companies have been dislocated. Please refer Annexure 2 enclosed below.
|
|

It may be noted that applicants having any past payment outstanding / dues with GJEPC on the date of allotment will automatically be disqualified from the allotment process without any further notice.
|
|
Important Notice: If your company name is not reflected in the allotment schedule or on the floorplan — despite submitting the Online Space Application Form — or for any other queries, please reach out to the GJEPC Office promptly. Kindly ensure that you contact us on or before 25th June 2026, by 3:00 PM at www.gjepc.org/helpdesk. Any concerns or discrepancies raised after this deadline will not be entertained.

Note:
|
|
If a participant is absent or arrives late during their allotted time, and their company name is drawn during the lottery, GJEPC reserves the right to randomly allot the booth without any preference. No changes or further requests in this regard will be entertained. We request all the members to be present in Mumbai for ease of allotment. However, if any member is unable to be present at the Booth allotment venue in Mumbai, then you can contact your respective regional office of the Council.

Cancellation Policy:
|
|
Requests for booth cancellations will not be accepted during the ongoing allotment. Companies wishing to withdraw must send a written notice to iijs@gjepcindia.com on or before 25th June 2026, 3:00 PM. Please note that cancellation charges, as per the cancellation policy, will apply.
|
|

NOTE:
|
|
To avoid delay in the allotment of booth, Council requests you to follow the set timelines to help us complete the allotment as scheduled. We look forward for your kind support and cooperation in our new endeavour for the allotment procedure.
|
- Only the decision maker, who can select the booth will be permitted for allotment.
- Internal discussions and calls during selection of booth should be restricted.
- We will provide only 2 minutes for booth selection. In case, the booth is not selected within the stipulated time, the booth will be auto allotted by the GJEPC Secretariat.
- All exhibitors are requested to follow the mentioned timeline.
- Premium charges will be applicable as per the booth selected and mentioned in the floor plan (like corner charges).
- Entry and Documentation for Decision Makers: Only the designated decision-maker, authorized to select the booth, will be permitted for allotment. Please carry a copy of the booth allotment schedule, your company ID card, and Aadhaar Card ID for smooth entry.

We request all the applicants to look at the allotment rules and regulation very carefully along with the floor plans and no changes will be done during the allotment process. Also the Code of Conduct should be referred and followed as any violation will be viewed very strictly and will lead to cancellation of your current (IGJME Bharat - Premiere 2026) and future participations too.
|
|
