Dear Applicants,

Greetings from GJEPC!

We are pleased to inform you that following our Space Application Circular dated 4th May 2026 for IIJS Bharat Shows for FY 2026–27 & 2027 - 28, the Council has received an overwhelming response from applicants across various product sections for IIJS Bharat – Premiere 2026 scheduled from 5th to 10th August 2026 at Dual venues (JWCC & BEC) in Mumbai, India

We sincerely thank all applicants for their continued trust in the business generated by brand “IIJS Bharat”.

We are proud to share that we have already allocated 1800+ companies with 3400 booths for the domestic companies across various product sections. We are now set to commence the booth allotment process for International Applicants on 29th June 2026 through an online Zoom session.

You may be informed that BEC (Nesco), one off the venues for the show has already started dismantling Hall 1, for which we will lose space for 897 stalls (@9 sqm) as it was in IIJS Bharat - Premiere 2025. Due to that all exhibitors who were in Hall No 1 in IIJS Bharat - Premiere 2025 will get displaced and accommodated in different location/s. You may be also informed that progressively due to ongoing refurbishing of NESCO/ BEC in next two to three years one by one dismantling of hall 2 and 3 will also take place. We will keep you informed of the same.

However, we are happy that after many rounds of planning we are able to compensate such loss of stall space in hall 1 without any decrease in stall size of any jewellery section exhibitor as per the following.

KEY UPDATES FOR IIJS BHARAT – PREMIERE 2026 EXHIBITORS:

All Exhibitors in Halls 1, 5 & 6 (BEC) have been dislocated due to floorplan realignment. Such exhibitors will be accorded preference during the booth allotment process.
All Exhibitors located in the Pavilion (JWCC) have also been dislocated and will be accorded preference during the booth allotment process.
Colour Gemstone Section from BEC has been relocated to Jasmine Hall at JWCC for IIJS Bharat – Premiere 2026.

To explain this relocation Council had done zoom meeting with the Colour gemstones section.

(Due to space constraint the cafeteria facility at Ground floor of JWCC will be shifted to 3rd Floor and will be available only on the 3rd Floor)

Concurrent Show – IGJME Bharat - Premiere 2026: Hall details below

Machinery Section: Relocated to Hall 5 (BEC) & Aurum Hall (newly built on Ground 1, opposite Hall 4).
Allied Section: Relocated to Aurum Hall, Ground, opposite Hall 4, BEC.

Allotment Preference to Applicants in each category will be as per below

Please note that booth allotment will be conducted section-wise, starting from higher to lower space categories, based on availability and through a lottery system. No changes or modifications to space requests will be accepted after submission of the online space application form and prior to the allotment process.

Booth allotment will follow the chronological order outlined below and will be subject to space availability at the respective venues BEC and JWCC.

Chronological order for Booth allotment for International Jewellery, Loose section will be as follows:

Preference Criteria for Booth Allotment:

First Preference: Companies who have applied for less area than the previous year will get the first preference in the booth allotment.
Second Preference: In order to properly align the floorplan, all international companies have been dislocated. These companies will get second preference in the booth allotment.
Third Preference: New applicants.
Note: The allotment schedule with company name, time slot, date, and floorplan is attached below. We request all members to be present in the Zoom Meeting for ease of allotment. However, if any member is unable to be present during the online booth allotment, the booth will be auto allotted by the Council.
It may be noted that exhibitors/applicants having any past payment outstanding/dues with GJEPC on the date of allotment will automatically be disqualified from the allotment process without any further notice.

Important Instructions for Exhibitors/Applicants Regarding Booth Allotment:

Time Allotment for Booth Selection:
A strict time limit of 2 minutes will be allocated for booth selection. Failure to select a booth within the stipulated time will result in auto-allotment by the GJEPC Secretariat.
Adherence to Timeline:
All exhibitors are requested to strictly follow the mentioned timeline to facilitate an organized booth allotment process.
Premium Charges:
Premium charges, as per the selected booth and indicated in the floorplan (e.g., corner charges), will be applicable.

Your adherence to these instructions is highly appreciated, and we look forward to your cooperation to ensure a successful and efficient booth allotment process.

Important Notice: Attention Exhibitors

In the event that your company name is not reflected in the allotment schedule or on the floorplan, despite submission of your Online Space Application Form, or for any other queries, we kindly urge you to reach out to the GJEPC Office promptly. Please ensure that you contact us on or before 25th June 2026 before 2:00 PM at ketan.prajapati@gjepcindia.com .
Please excuse us for this short timeline due to unavoidable circumstances.
Any concerns or discrepancies brought to our attention after this deadline will not be entertained.
Note: If a participant is absent or arrives late during their allotted time, and their company name is drawn during the lottery, GJEPC reserves the right to randomly allot the booth without any preference. No changes or further requests in this regard will be entertained.

Cancellation During Ongoing Allotment:

Requests for booth cancellations will not be accepted during the ongoing allotment on 20th June 2026. Companies wishing to withdraw must send a written notice in advance to iijs@gjepcindia.com . Please note that cancellation charges, as per the cancellation policy, will apply.

We request all applicants to carefully review the booth allotment rules and regulations along with the floorplans, as no changes will be permitted during the allotment process. Applicants are also requested to refer to and strictly adhere to the Code of Conduct. Any violation will be viewed seriously and may lead to the cancellation of your current (IIJS Bharat - Premiere 2026) as well as future participations.
