Sub: Circular and Schedule for Booth Allotment of Machinery & Allied Section at IIJS Premiere 2023, 4th - 8th August 2023, Bombay Exhibition Centre, Mumbai

Greetings from GJEPC!

In continuation to the space application circular for Machinery & Allied section in Hall 7 at IIJS Premiere 2023, dated 20th April 2023 (enclosed), We are happy to inform you that the booth allotment schedule for Machinery & Allied section has been scheduled on 1st July 2023 Saturday."The centralised lottery for booth allotment for all applicants (pan India)" will be held at Jio World Convention Centre (JWCC),BKC-Mumbai,1st Floor, Meeting Room 1. However, for any personal reason, if any member will be unable to be present in Mumbai for their Booth allotment, then member/s can contact the respective Regional Office of the Council.

Exhibitors are requested to note the below:

To avoid delay in the allotment of booth, Council requests you to follow the set timelines to help us complete the allotment as scheduled. We look forward for your kind support and cooperation in our new endeavour for the allotment procedure.

  1. Only the decision maker, who can select the booth will be permitted for allotment.
  2. Internal discussions and Calls during selection of booth should be restricted.
  3. We will provide only 2 mins for booth selection. In case, the booth is not selected within the stipulated time, the booth will be auto allotted by the GJEPC secretariat.
  4. All exhibitors are requested to follow the mentioned timeline.
  5. Premium charges will be applicable as per the booth selected and mentioned in the floor plan (like corner charges).

It may be noted that applicants having any past payment outstanding / dues with GJEPC on the date of allotment will automatically be disqualified from the allotment process without any further notice.

For participation at Machinery & Allied section GJEPC Membership is not mandatory, However for GJEPC Members the allotment of the booths will be based on their GJEPC Membership status as on 29th April 2023 and as per valid online application with subsequent advance payments submitted to the Council.

This is to inform that in order to accommodate all applicants as per availability, the entire floorplan for Machinery & Allied Section has been revised. All stalls have been dislocated hence based on the same fresh allotments will be done as per lottery and below preference.

Applicants may please note : Due to space constraints and revision in the floorplan we will not be able consider application for more area and hence all such applications will be allotted stalls as per their previous year area (IIJS Premiere 2022).

The chronological order of allotment for Allied & Machinery will be as follows:

  • Order of Allotment Machinery Participants:Allotment will be done through lottery system for IIJS Premiere 2023, in the order of higher number to lower number of booths.

    • 1st Preference : Less Area member (Last year applicants who have applied for less area will be given 1st preference in allotment)

    2nd Preference : Less Area non- member (Last year applicants who have applied for less area will be given 2nd preference in allotment)

    3rd Preference : Last year participant same area different location (Member)

    4th Preference : Last year participant same area different location (Non-Member)

  • Order of Allotment Allied Participants:Allotment will be done through lottery system for IIJS Premiere 2023, in the order of higher number to lower number of booths.

    • 1st Preference : Less Area member (Last year applicants who have applied for less area will be given 1st preference in allotment)

    2nd Preference : Less Area non- member (Last year applicants who have applied for less area will be given 2nd preference in allotment)

    3rd Preference : Last year participant same area different location (Member)

    4th Preference : Last year participant same area different location (Non-Member)

  • International Exhibitors:
    • Companies whose applications have been received through Country Pavilions will be given first preference in the booth allotment. For all other International applicants, the allotment of booths will be done through lottery system and as per application received. Any International applicant having their distributors / partners / dealers / representative in India may attend the allotment (based on authorization letter submission) & can choose the booths on their behalf.
  • Sister Concern / Group Companies:
    • As we have created International Pavilion for IIJS Premiere 2023, Group or sister concern companies will not be allotted booth together with International applicants. Such companies will have to go through the allotment process individually.<
  • New participants :
    • Due to space constraint we will not be able to accommodate New applicants this year, the same applications shall be in the waitlist.

Important: Please note that in case applicant's company name is not mentioned in allotment schedule even after submission of Online Space application form, and for any other queries, they are requested to contact the GJEPC Office /write to us on or before 28th June as per details below before the allotment. In case the applicants fail to bring to the notice of the Council, no further requests/queries will be entertained in this regard.

P.N: In case of absenteeism or the participant arrives late at the time of his allotment time and in case his company name is drawn during the lottery then the participant's booth will be randomly allotted directly by GJEPC without any preference. No change or further request in this regard will be entertained.
