We thank all our participants in making IIJS Premiere 2023 a grand successful show. The show was organised in two venues (Bombay exhibition centre & Jio world convention centre, with 1900+ Companies and 3300+ Stalls and witnessed over 50000+ trade visitors from domestic and international market. We also had international participations from Dubai, Turkey, United States, Bangkok, Hongkong, Japan, United Kingdom, China. A dedicated Italy Pavilion was one of the attractions in the machinery and allied section at IIJS Premiere 2023.

After a very successful IIJS Premiere 2023, we are glad to inform you that IIJS Signature 2024 will also be organised in two venues as per below:

It gives us immense pleasure to inform you that we have received an overwhelming response for IIJS Signature 2024, wherein we have received 1200 + applications with 2500+ stalls breaking all earlier space booking records for IIJS Signature.

About IGJME 2024 (India Gem and Jewellery Machinery Expo)
|
|
IGJME 2024 (India Gem and Jewellery Machinery Expo) scheduled from 5th to 8th January 2024 at Bombay Exhibition Centre (BEC) bears the distinction of being one of the Largest Gem & Jewellery technology Fair. The show is the perfect platform to showcase the latest and the best of National & international machineries. Equipment & Technology today plays a major role in every aspect of jewellery making. The use of the latest equipment and technology will be a crucial component of India's vision of becoming the leading jewellery hub in the world. Around 100+ leading companies will present cutting-edge equipment and technology at the Bombay Exhibition Centre, Mumbai. IGJME 2024.

As per the vision from our Ministry we envisage to have exhibition space occupied by international companies in form of Country Pavilion/ Individual company participation to give it a true international flavour in all respects, further, we will also conduct promotional activities in various International countries to attract trade buyers globally.

The space application for the 10th edition of IGJME 2024 (India Gem and Jewellery Machinery Expo) Concurrent with IIJS Signature 2024 is now live.

Applications are open for all machinery & allied industry. |
| 2. |
The participation cost for booth at IGJME 2024 for domestic companies is Rs.15000/sqm + 18% GST (Members) & Rs.15500 + 18% GST (Non-Members). |

The participation cost for booth at IGJME 2024 for International companies is USD.300/sqm + 18% GST. |
| 4. |
Premium will be applicable as per the booth allotted. |
| 5. |
The space application form will be live from 20th September 2023. All interested members are required to submit their Online application on https://www.gjepc.org/igjme/ for participation on or before 10th October 2023 along with the requisite 50% payment as per your space selection. |

All the stalls at IGJME 2024 will be built-in stalls in the Maxima system. No RAW space option will be available. |
| 7. |
Allotment will be done through the lottery system for IGJME 2024, in the order of higher number to lower number of booths. |

Please take note that there will be NO physical space application forms for registering such space requirements.

Payment mode for Indian Exhibitors: In our endeavour to provide instant and better facilities to members, we are providing applicants with the easy option of making payment through PAYMENT GATEWAY (ONLINE PAYMENT ONLY). Applicants may note that NO offline (RTGS/NEFT) payment will be accepted for this application.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
|
| 8. |
In case of any amount outstanding on any account with the Council, Exhibitors will be disqualified from application & allotment process. Also, allotment will not guarantee stall possession in case of any outstanding towards Council on the day of possession of stall. |
| 9. |
In case of any such instance where it comes to the attention of the Council that an exhibitor has procured an pass/badge under the Visitor category for its own representative by utilizing the name of a non-participating company and such person holding a visitor category pass/badge is found manning the exhibitor’s booth during any time of the exhibition dates, then suitable action shall be taken by the Council against the exhibitor as well as the holder of the visitor badge including but not limited to cancellation of booth for that exhibition & debarment from participation in any future shows which may be organized by GJEPC for both the companies involved thereof.

In case it is discovered that a visitor enters the exhibition holding an exhibitor badge and conducts any commercial activity as an Exhibitor, then suitable action shall be taken by the Council as it deems fit against the said person as well as the company who has issued the Exhibitor badge. |
| 11. |
SUBLETTING:
The Exhibitors shall not transfer, dispose of part with or otherwise sublet the whole or part of its Booth, whether for financial consideration or otherwise. The exhibitor must, if he is an agent, distributor or licensee, state at the time of submitting the Application the names or principals to be represented. This does not prohibit an Exhibitor displaying the products of a principal for whom it is acting as an agent, distributor, or sole licensee with the prior written permission from the Council. Further, if any Exhibitor or its representatives allows any other exhibitors or its representative in its booth without proper identification and badges allocated to that particular booth by the Council, then such activity would be considered as sub-letting by the exhibitor and appropriate disciplinary action may be taken against such Exhibitor and its representatives by the Council.

EQUITABLE OPPORTUNITY CLAUSE: “Any member/exhibitor shall not directly or indirectly participate/exhibit at any fair/show/exhibition of any form or nature, related to gems & jewellery, within the city limits where the IIJS is organized which is similar in nature to IIJS for a period of 30 days before the start and 15 days after the completion of IIJS. In case any member who is a participant/exhibitor at IIJS is found violating this clause, then disciplinary action will be initiated against such member/exhibitor, which will include immediate closure of the booth of the member/exhibitor and/or the said member/exhibitor will lose the chance to exhibit or participate at all future events of the Council and/or be blacklisted/debarred from all the future activities of Council.”
