In continuation to the space application circular dated 29th September 2023,for IGJME 2024 (India Gem & Jewellery Machinery Expo) scheduled from 5th - 8th January 2024 at Bombay Exhibition Centre, Mumbai, concurrent with IIJS Signature 2024, We are happy to inform you that the booth allotment schedule for IGJME 2024 is scheduled on 1st December 2023 Friday. The centralised location for booth allotment for all applicants (pan India) will be held at GJEPC Mumbai Head Office, D Tower, Bharat Diamond Bourse, BKC, Mumbai 400051. However, for any personal reason, if a member who is unable to make it to the Booth allotment in Mumbai, then member/s can contact the respective Regional Office of the Council.

Further, we are happy to inform you that in an endeavour to facilitate higher visibility and foot falls to our Machinery and allied participants, IGJME 2024 is now moved to Hall no.5 in BEC, Goregaon.

|
Exhibitors are requested to note the below:
|
|
Council requests you to follow the set timelines and to avoid delay in the allotment of booths, to help us complete the allotment as scheduled. We look forward for your kind support and cooperation.
|
- Only the decision maker, who can select the booth will be permitted for allotment. Kindly carry copy of the booth allotment schedule along with your company id card & any Government photo id card for smooth entry inside the BDB complex. Kindly use Gate no. 4 / Gate no. 8 for entry in BDB complex. Parking facility in not available in BDB, however members can use various Pay & Park facilities available behind Capital building, Jio Garden, and near Hotel Trident – Distance from BDB is 8-10 minutes, the parking subject to availability. Sincere request to arrive before the allotment time to avoid last minute inconvenience.
- Internal discussions and Calls during selection of booth should be restricted.
- We will provide only 2 mins for booth selection. In case, the booth is not selected within the stipulated time, the booth will be auto allotted by the GJEPC secretariat.
- All exhibitors are requested to follow the mentioned timeline.
- Premium charges will be applicable as per the booth selected and mentioned in the floor plan (like corner charges).

It may be noted that applicants having any past payment outstanding / dues with GJEPC on the date of allotment will automatically be disqualified from the allotment process without any further notice.
|
|
For participation at IGJME 2024, GJEPC Membership is not mandatory, However for GJEPC Members the allotment of the booths will be based on their GJEPC Membership status as on 29th April 2023 and as per valid online application with subsequent advance payments submitted to the Council.
|
|
All stalls have been dislocated hence based on the same fresh allotments will be done as per lottery and preference as mentioned below. The chronological order for allotment will be as follows:

|
1.Order of Allotment Machinery Participants: Allotment will be done through lottery system for IGJME 2024, in the order of higher number to lower number of booths.
|
|
1st Preference : Last year participants Members
|
|
2nd Preference : Last year participants Non-Members
|
|
2.Order of Allotment Allied Participants: Allotment will be done through lottery system for IGJME 2024, in the order of higher number to lower number of booths.
|
|
1st Preference : Last year participants Members
|
|
2nd Preference : Last year participants Non-Members
|
|
3.International Exhibitors : International participants will get 3rd preference in the booth allotment.
|
|
4.New participants :New participants will get fourth preference in booth allotment.
|
|
Exhibitors may note : Sister Concern / Group Companies: Group or sister concern companies will not be allotted booth together with International applicants. Such companies will have to go through the allotment process individually.

Important:
Please note that in case applicant's company name is not mentioned in allotment schedule or on the floorplan even after submission of Online Space application form, or for any other queries, then members are requested to contact the GJEPC Office on or before 30th November 2023 before 2:00 pm on iijs@gjepcindia.com In case the applicants fail to bring to the notice of the Council, no further requests/queries will be entertained in this regard.

P.N: In case of absenteeism or the participant arrives late at the time of his allotment time and in case his company name is drawn during the lottery then the participant's booth will be randomly allotted directly by GJEPC without any preference. No change or further request in this regard will be entertained.
|
