Subject : IIJS Bharat Premiere 2026 – Overseas Buyers Passport Scheme Guidelines for Exhibitors

Dear Exhibitor,

Greetings from GJEPC!

As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance international buyer engagement and maximize business opportunities at IIJS Bharat Premiere 2026, GJEPC is pleased to introduce an exclusive Overseas Buyers Passport Scheme.

This initiative has been designed to encourage overseas buyers to explore a wider range of exhibitors across the show, thereby fostering stronger networking opportunities, generating quality business leads, and enhancing overall buyer-exhibitor engagement.

Overseas Buyers Passport Scheme Process:

Overseas buyers will collect a Passport from the designated International Registration / Help Desk.
To qualify under the scheme, buyers are required to obtain 20 exhibitor stamps during their visit to the exhibition.
Completed Passports must be submitted at the designated collection counter on or before 08th August 2026, within the stipulated timeline.
A Lucky Draw will be conducted on 09th August 2026 for all eligible completed Passports.

Buyer Benefits:

Overseas buyers selected through the Lucky Draw will be eligible to receive a fixed flight reimbursement of USD 525 limited to one person per company only, subject to fulfilment of the prescribed terms and conditions of the scheme.
The reimbursement shall be processed only upon successful verification of all required supporting documents and compliance with the Council’s guidelines.

Exhibitor Guidelines:

Each exhibitor will be provided with a personalized stamp bearing the stall name and number.
Only Ordinary Members are eligible to stamp the passports of overseas buyers under this scheme.
Exhibitors are requested to stamp the overseas buyers' passports upon their visit to the stall.
Kindly ensure that the stamp is handled with due care and kept secure, as duplicate stamps will not be issued.
In the absence of the official stamp, buyers visiting your stall will not be able to complete their passport and participate in the scheme.

This initiative is expected to drive increased buyer movement across the exhibition and facilitate wider interaction with exhibitors, thereby creating enhanced business opportunities for all participants.
