Dear Industry Colleague,

Every industry evolves through the energy, vision, and determination of its next generation. Across the gem and jewellery sector, we are witnessing a remarkable cohort of young entrepreneurs who are expanding businesses, entering new markets, embracing innovation, and contributing to the industry's growth.

To recognise these emerging achievers, GJEPC instituted the 40 Under 40 Awards, which were presented during the past three editions of IIJS Bharat - Premiere.

For the 4th edition, we are once again pleased to invite nominations for the newly redefined 20 Under 40 Awards. We aim to make the recognition more selective, spotlighting young leaders who are helping shape the future of the industry.

We invite you to nominate yourself or recommend a deserving individual whose achievements merit recognition.

Nominees will be evaluated based on:

Brand building and customer engagement
Business growth and international outreach
Leadership and team development
Contributions that have strengthened the reputation and growth of the gem and jewellery sector

The objective of this initiative is not only to recognise success, but also to spotlight individuals whose vision, enterprise and commitment are creating new opportunities for the industry.
