|
In continuation to our earlier communications regarding space applications for IIJS Prime Assure (6 show package for FY 2026-27 & 2027-28 for Premiere, Signature & Tritiya shows) circulated on 13th April 2026, we are pleased to share an encouraging update. We have received an excellent response, with over 992 companies submitting applications for more than 1589 stalls for the 5th edition of IIJS Bharat - Tritiya 2027 Bangalore. These applications constitute to 84% of stalls being demanded already.

As explicitly clarified in the IIJS Prime Assure circular that submission of application for IIJS Prime Assure does not guarantee stall allotment for any IIJS Bharat shows and allotment is subject to availability of space.

With the excellent market response from our members for upcoming IIJS Bharat - Tritiya 2027, we are now delighted to announce the opening of the Single Show Space Applications for the 5th edition of IIJS Bharat – Tritiya 2027, scheduled from 3rd to 5th April 2027 (Saturday to Monday) from 10 am to 7.00 pm at Bangalore International Exhibition Centre (BIEC), Bengaluru, alongside will be concurrent show, IGJME Bharat – Tritiya 2027 (India Gem & Jewellery Machinery Expo).

As you are aware, due to ongoing venue renovations in BEC, Mumbai, applications for IIJS Bharat – Premiere 2026 and Signature 2027 were restricted to same-level or next-level stall expansion respectively. Despite these restrictions, the Mumbai editions have witnessed an overwhelming response, resulting in a substantial waiting list.

In contrast, IIJS Bharat – Tritiya 2027 will be open to all members, with no restrictions on stall applications, allowing participants to apply freely as per their requirements.
|
|
However, please note that Tritiya 2027 will be held across three halls only – Halls 3, 4 and 5 at BIEC, Bengaluru. In view of the strong demand already received, only 353 stalls remain available, subject to the applicable stall allotment process.
|
|
We encourage interested members to apply at the earliest before the deadline of 20th November 2026. All in all, this is your final opportunity for single-show applicants, including existing and new members, to participate in India’s fastest-growing jewellery trade show, IIJS Bharat – Tritiya 2027, in Bengaluru.

Kindly login at https://registration.gjepc.org/login.php using your existing username and password (same as used for membership registration/renewal).

Please note:
|
- 20th November 2026 is the deadline to submit your online space application form along with 50% advance payment. Non submission of your application with payment will automatically lose your preference, if any, for allotment of space at IIJS Bharat - Tritiya 2027 & IGJME Bharat Tritiya 2027.
- Incomplete or non-submission of applications will be automatically rejected without notice, and such members will not be eligible for preferential allotment at future IIJS Bharat shows.
- Members are requested to carefully read and understand the rules & regulations in the online space application form, including important guidelines and allotment preferences enclosed in Annexure 1.
