We are delighted to inform you that following our space application circular dated 25th April 2024 for the IIJS Shows for FY 2024–25 and 2025–26, we have received an overwhelming response from our esteemed members with Over 2,550 companies applied for more than 4,800 booths for across the IIJS Prime Assure, Prime, and IIJS Premiere 2025 Single Show schemes.

With two venues, 8 halls, and estimated over 2500 exhibitors, and 3500 Booths, the IIJS Premiere 2025 is reassured as the second-largest comprehensive B2B gems & jewellery exhibition in the world.

We are now set to commence the Booth Allotment for IIJS Premiere 2025 on 3rd June 2025 at Bharat Diamond Bourse (BDB), BKC, Mumbai.
|
Please find below the booth allotment details for your immediate reference. The detailed schedule, along with the list of participating companies, will be shared shortly.

Please find below guidelines for booth allotment based on the applications received for Booths in jewellery section.
|
Allotment of Preference to Applicants in each category will be as per below:
|
GENERAL PREFERENCES FOR EVERY CATEGORY
|
- Ordinary Members will have 1st preference in the allotment of booths.
- Members having manufacturing units registered under Udyog Aadhar Number (UAN) / SSI with the Council will get 2nd preference in booth allotment.
- Associate Member will get the 3rd preference in each respective category of allotment/s.
|
Please note that booth allotment will be conducted section-wise, starting from higher to lower space categories, based on availability and through a lottery system. No changes or modifications to space requests will be accepted after submission of the online space application form and prior to the allotment process.
|
Booth allotment will follow the chronological order outlined below and will be subject to space availability at the respective venues BEC and JWCC.
|
Chronological order for Booth allotment for Jewellery, Loose Stones, Labs. & Education will be as follows:
|
- First Preference: Companies who have retained same area and same location as previous year (IIJS Premiere 2024) will be auto allotted and hence do not have to pe present for the allotment.
- Second Preference : In order to properly align the floorplan few companies have been dislocated.(Refer Annexure 1 in booth allotment schedule circular).These companies will get second preference in booth allotment.
- Third Preference : Companies who have applied for less area than previous year will get the third preference in the booth allotment.
- Fourth Preference : Companies who have applied for same area different location will get fourth preference in the booth allotment.
- Fifth Preference: Companies who have applied for more area in different sections will be allotted as per below. These companies will get fifth preference in the booth allotment.

GOLD JEWELLERY SECTION – We have received an overwhelming response for the Gold Jewellery section, including numerous requests for stall expansions from existing participants as well as applications from new members. While we sincerely appreciate the enthusiasm and interest shown by our members, we regret to inform you that due to space constraints & renovations at Bombay Exhibition Centre, it will not be possible to accommodate any requests for additional space & any new applicants in this section. Hence, for all applicants who requested additional space, their booths have been retained at their previous year’s location and hence these applicants are not required to be present at the scheduled allotment on 3rd June 2025
|
Silver Jewellery Participants : In view of the growing demand and positive market trends in the silver jewellery segment, the Council is committed to supporting the growth and expansion of our members in this category. To facilitate this, stall expansion opportunities will be offered to Silver Jewellery participants. To accommodate these expansions & new applicants in this section and provide improved infrastructure and visibility, Silver Jewellery exhibitors previously located in Hall 5 will be relocated to the newly constructed Hall 6, situated opposite Hall 3 which also has Machinery & Allied Section (Concurrent IGJME Premiere Mumbai 2025).

Other Sections: More area requests for other sections apart from Gold & Silver Jewellery will be considered based on the availability and as per the table below :

- Sixth Preference : New applicants Prime Assure (6 shows) will be given sixth preference in the booth allotment and will be considered for allotment of 1 Booth (9sqm) only through lottery (till Booths are available) as per general preference for each category as mentioned above (Ordinary,MSME & Associate)
- Seventh Preference : New Applicants Prime (3 show) will be given seventh preference in the booth allotment and will be considered for allotment of 1 Booth (9sqm) only through lottery (till Booths are available) as per general preference for each category as mentioned above (Ordinary,MSME & Associate)
- Eighth Preference : New Applicants Single Show will be given eighth preference in the booth allotment and will be considered for allotment of 1 Booth (9sqm) only through lottery (till Booths are available) as per general preference for each category as mentioned above (Ordinary,MSME & Associate)

The Select Club at IIJS Premiere 2025: All the applicants in The Select Club will be allotted booths at JWCC as per their applications received.
|
Please note that due to the renovation activities at the Bombay Exhibition Centre (BEC), booth locations allotted are valid for the current edition only and are subject to change in future editions. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this regard.
|
Members are informed that application for more area does not guarantee confirmed allotment. The number of booths that will be allotted to applicants will be based as per application submitted & as per the availability through lottery wherever applicable.
|
Note: The allotment schedule with company name and time slot, date and floorplan will be shared soon and will also be published on our website under domestic exhibitons . We request all the members to be present in Mumbai for ease of allotment. However, if any member is unable to be present at the Booth allotment venue in Mumbai, then you can contact your respective regional office of the Council.
