After the stupendous success of our recently concluded 37th edition of IIJS Premiere 2021 scheduled from 15th – 19th September 2021 at BIEC, Bangalore with over 2588 stalls and 20000+ trade visitors. We are glad to announce the 14th edition of IIJS Signature 2022. The show is scheduled from 6th – 9th January 2022 (4 days) at state of the art world class and brand new venue, JIO World Convention Centre, BKC, Mumbai situated in the heart of the Mumbai city in Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), opposite Bharat Diamond Bourse (BDB). We are confident that you will enjoy visiting and doing business at this brand new Venue.

Registration Charges for IIJS Signature 2022:

Process for Visitor Registration:
Visitor registration is online and live on GJEPC website. Click on this link https://registration.gjepc.org/single_visitor.php (Under Visitor Registration)

Steps to follow for Visitor Registration.

For Already Registered Visitors

• Enter your pan number or login with your username and password on (https://registration.gjepc.org/single_visitor.php)

• Verify your credentials and contact details and proceed for ONLINE payments

• On completion of payments, upload Vaccination Certificate (VC) of self and employees as registered above, if any to complete your registration process.

• After your VC is verified as per your registration details submitted, you will receive a final notification. Now your/ company Visitor registration is completed

• Notification to download your Digital badge from GJEPC APP ONLY will be sent on your registered mobile and email id.

For Visitors who have already registered and paid under multiple show visitor registration format for 4, 5 and 6 shows, kindly follow below steps

1. Upload Vaccination Certificate (VC) of self and employees, as registered above, if any to complete your registration process.

2. After your VC is verified as per your registration details submitted, you will receive a final notification. Now your/ company Visitor registration is completed

3. Notification to download your Digital badge from GJEPC APP ONLY will be sent on your registered mobile and email id.

For New Visitors

• Enter your pan number to register yourself

• Enter your Company details

• Upload copy of Pan card, GST Certificate, passport size photo and recommendation letter on company letterhead for employee’s registration too, if any

• After approval of the above documents proceed to submit payments online

• On completion of payments, upload Vaccination Certificate of self and employees as registered above, if any to complete your registration process.

• After your VC is verified as per your registration details submitted, you will receive a final notification. Now your/ company Visitor registration is completed

• Notification to download your Digital badge from GJEPC APP ONLY will be sent on your registered mobile and email id.

Please note, you will receive notification via SMS and email on successful approval of your documents and payments.

** Vaccination Certificate (VC) Mandatory to enter the Show:

• Visitors with 2 dose VC do not have to produce any RT-PCR report at the show

• TWO dose Covid – 19 Vaccine is compulsory to visit the show.

Please note:

1. In case of any such instance where it comes to the attention of the Council that an exhibitor has procured a pass/badge under the Visitor category for its own representative by utilizing the name of a non-participating company and such person holding a visitor category pass/badge is found manning the exhibitor’s booth during any time of the exhibition dates, then suitable action shall be taken by the Council against the exhibitor as well as the holder of the visitor badge including but not limited to cancellation of booth for that exhibition & debarment from participation in any future shows which may be organized by GJEPC for both the companies involved thereof.

2. In case it is discovered that a visitor enters the exhibition holding an exhibitor badge and conducts any commercial activity as an Exhibitor, then suitable action shall be taken by the Council as it deems fit against the said person as well as the company who has issued the Exhibitor badge.
