We hope you and your family are safe and healthy!

We thank you for your continued patronage and support to IIJS, the industry’s show, organised by GJEPC. Based on success of IIJS Premiere 2021 at BIEC, Bengaluru, GJEPC had planned for 14th edition of IIJS Signature 2022. We have received overwhelming response from participants with 850+ companies who have booked their booths through online space application for IIJS Signature 2022. Around 12000+ trade buyers as on date have already registered online and have confirmed their presence for the show

GJEPC has in place all requisite permissions to organise the show following Covid Appropriate Guidelines. However due to recent spike in Covid-19 cases, there was anxiousness in the trade based on which we had an exhibitor’s meet on 30th Dec 2021, via Zoom, to understand the sentiments of the exhibitors about the show. An online opinion poll was conducted based on the opinion of the exhibitors.

Based on such consultation with IIJS Signature exhibitors, buyers travelling from India and abroad, trade associations and members of the National Exhibition Committee of the Council, GJEPC has now voluntarily taken the decision to organise the 14th edition of IIJS Signature 2022 at a later date.

New Dates of IIJS Signature 2022: While this announcement is only for a postponement of IIJS Signature 2022, we are very closely monitoring the situation of the Covid-19 pandemic in Mumbai and the country. Based on the overall situation of the Covid-19, we will soon be announcing the fresh dates for the show. As we understand that all preparations for the show has already been complete for exhibitors, visitors and us the organisers, Council will organise the show in shorter notice, which can be as less as seven days also, in case the situation becomes conducive for organising the show.

Visitor Registration : Kindly note the following :

• Confirmed Visitors can either carry forward their registration of IIJS Signature 2022 to the rescheduled IIJS Signature whenever the same will be held or can withdraw the registration by requesting the refund of the registration charge paid for IIJS Signature 2022.
• Also, please note that visitors withdrawing the registration will be charged 2nd Phase registration charge when they will re- register for rescheduled IIJS Signature 2022 as the same will be held at a very short notice , as less as seven days also.
• For requesting the refund kindly write on our email visitors@gjepcindia.com , to send the following information along with the Bank Details in the below format.

All the requests for the refund from visitors should be received by 15th January 2022 and no response received until the 15th January 2022 will be considered as carry forward of the registration charge for rescheduled IIJS Signature 2022. All future requests beyond 15th January, 2022 will not be entertained under any circumstances.

100% refund on Hotel Bookings: Amount paid or blocked towards the Hotel Booking will be automatically refunded back to the same credit card within next 7-10 working days, incase of any query you may write to us on hotels@gjepcindia.com
