We are delighted to inform you that, in continuation to our earlier space application circular dated 25th April 2025 for IIJS Bharat Shows for FY 2025–26, we have received an overwhelming response from our esteemed members, with more than 1850+ companies applying for over 3500+ booths for IIJS Bharat – Signature 2026.
|
|
We sincerely thank all our members for their continued trust in the brand “IIJS” and for their ongoing support to the Council. Further to the valuable feedback received from the industry and the directions of the National Exhibition Sub-Committee, certain enhancements have been incorporated in the IIJS Bharat – Signature 2026 floor plan in both the venues to create better business opportunities and to promote section-wise growth.

Key Updates for IIJS Bharat – Signature 2026
|
- The Select Club will be at Jasmine Hall (3rd Floor) Jio World Convention Centre (JWCC), as informed in the space application circular
- The Silver Jewellery, Artefacts & Gifting Section has now been relocated to the Pavilion Hall (Ground Floor) at JWCC, offering an upgraded and spacious ambience for exhibitors and visitors.
- Additionally, Diamond Jewellery Section has been also created in Hall 3 at the Bombay Exhibition Centre (BEC)

General Preferences for All Categories
|
- Ordinary Members – 1st preference in booth allotment
- MSME / Udyog Aadhar / SSI registered Members – 2nd preference
- Associate Members – 3rd preference
|
|
Allotment will be undertaken section-wise, starting from larger to smaller booths, and through a lottery system wherever required. No modifications in booth size or location will be accepted after submission of the online application and before allotment.
|
|
Chronological Order for Booth Allotment
|
- Auto-allotment for companies retaining the same area and location as IIJS Bharat – Signature 2025.
- Dislocated companies due to section re-layout (refer Annexure 1 in schedule).
- Companies applying for less area than last year.
- Companies applying for same area but different location.
- Companies applying for more area in different sections.
- New Applicants – IIJS Prime Assure (6 shows).
- New Applicants – IIJS Prime (3 shows).
- New Applicants – Single Show.

Note: Expansion requests are subject to availability and lottery outcomes where applicable.
|
|
New Applicants: All new applicants who had applied for the IIJS Prime Assure package (2024–2026) during the previous edition but were not allotted space at IIJS Bharat – Signature 2025 will be eligible for IIJS Prime Assure Stall preference, over other new applicants, subject to availability.
|
|
Important Notes
|
- Applicants with any outstanding payments or dues with GJEPC on the date of allotment will be disqualified automatically.
- Booth allotment will be based on membership status as on 30th April 2025 and valid online applications with 50% advance payment received.
- Members are requested to remain present in Mumbai during the allotment process. Those unable to attend may contact their respective GJEPC Regional Office.
- Booth allotment for IGJME Bharat 2026 & all international applicants will be done at a later date.

Important Notice:If your company name is not reflected in the allotment schedule or on the floorplan — despite submitting the Online Space Application Form — or for any other queries, please reach out to the GJEPC Office promptly. Kindly ensure that you contact us on or before 5th November 2025, by 2:00 PM at www.gjepc.org/helpdesk. Any concerns or discrepancies raised after this deadline will not be entertained.

Note:
|
|
If a participant is absent or arrives late during their allotted time, and their company name is drawn during the lottery, GJEPC reserves the right to randomly allot the booth without any preference. No changes or further requests in this regard will be entertained. We request all the members to be present in Mumbai for ease of allotment. However, if any member is unable to be present at the Booth allotment venue in Mumbai, then you can contact your respective regional office of the Council.

Cancellation Policy:
|
|
Requests for booth cancellations will not be accepted during the ongoing allotment on 6th November 2025. Companies wishing to withdraw must send a written notice in advance to iijs@gjepcindia.com on or before 5th November 2025, 2:00 PM. Please note that cancellation charges, as per the cancellation policy, will apply.
|
|
