We are delighted to inform you that IIJS Bharat & IGJME Bharat – Signature 2027 has received an exceptional response from the Gem & Jewellery industry.

In continuation of the IIJS Prime Assure Scheme, wherein 1000+ companies applied for over 2,000 booths, we subsequently invited applications through the Space Application Circular dated 11th August 2026 for participation in the single-show edition of IIJS Bharat & IGJME Bharat – Signature 2027. Under this space application process, we have received additional applications from 1,050+ companies for 1,800+ booths.

With these applications, the overall response for IIJS Bharat & IGJME Bharat – Signature 2027 has reached an unprecedented demand, with 2,050+ companies applying for 3,800+ booths.

We sincerely thank all our members & participants of Gem & Jewellery and allied/machinery industry for their continued trust in the business generated by brand “IIJS Bharat”.

As you are aware, BEC (NESCO) has commenced the renovation of Hall 1. With this development certain relocations across both venues had to be planned with addition of Hall 6 & Aurum Hall to optimise the available space and to accommodate the demand. Further, BEC (NESCO) has planned progressive renovation of Halls 2 & 3 in future.

Dislocation at IIJS Bharat – Signature 2027:

• BEC (NESCO) – Hall 1: With Hall 1 unavailable, last year exhibitors of Hall 1 will be relocated and will be accommodated at alternative locations in both the venues. To properly align the floorplan, only the dislocated companies from Hall 1 holding 16 sqm booths will be considered for allotment of 18 sqm booths.
• Colour Gemstone Section: Following the successful relocation of the Colour Gemstone section to the Lotus Hall at JWCC during IIJS Bharat – Premiere 2026, we are pleased to continue with the same arrangement for IIJS Bharat – Signature 2027.
• JWCC – Pavilion Hall: To optimise the available space and accommodate the increasing demand, the Pavilion Hall cafeteria placed in Signature 2026 show will be shifted to the 3rd Floor, outside Jasmine Hall (as executed during IIJS Bharat – Premiere 2026). Consequently, all exhibitors of the Pavilion Hall, except for the Gold and Gold CZ Studded Jewellery sections, will be dislocated and will be accommodated at alternative locations in both the venues.

These relocations are being planned with the objective of optimising the available space while ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for exhibitors and visitors.

New Applicants

Despite the ongoing renovation work at the BEC resulting space constraints, we are pleased to inform you that new applicants have been accommodated as per below mentioned criteria across different sections, subject to the applicable booth allotment criteria.

Further, BEC is unable to provide the Imperial Banquet Hall for IIJS Bharat - Signature 2027, as was utilised in IIJS Bharat - Premiere 2026. This is due to compliance related challenges faced by the BEC with its vendor of Imperial Banquet. GJEPC is in continuous discussions with theBEC to explore appropriate available space to accommodate our New applicant companies and will keep you updated.

Allotment to New applicants will be as per below sections and membership type:

• Gold and Gold CZ Studded Jewellery and Diamond, Gemstone and Other Studded Jewellery section, Only Ordinary members will be considered in this section. MSME and Associate Members will not be currently accommodated due to the current space constraints.
• All Other Sections: New applicants across all membership categories will be considered for allotment, as per applicable space and booth allotment criteria.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in view of the prevailing venue constraints.

The Booth Allotment for IIJS Bharat – Signature 2027 will be conducted as per the schedule mentioned below:

Concurrent Show – IGJME Bharat – Signature 2027:

1. Machinery section has been relocated to Hall 5 in BEC, and
2. Allied section is relocated in the newly created Aurum Hall in Ground opposite Hall 4, BEC.

Please note that booth allotment will be conducted section-wise, starting from higher to lower space categories, based on availability and through a lottery system. No changes or modifications will be accepted over the space application form submitted.

Booth allotment will follow the chronological order outlined below and will be subject to space availability at the respective venues BEC and JWCC.

Chronological order for Booth allotment for Jewellery, Loose Stones, Lab & Education , The Select Club will be as follows:

The Select Club – Selection Criteria (New in Club)

First Preference – Existing exhibitors of IIJS Bharat - Signature 2026.
Second Preference – New applicants of IIJS Bharat - Signature 2027.

Live Stall Allotment:

All members can view the live stall allotment on the day of the event, i.e. Thursday, 15th October 2026, at: https://gjepc.org/iijs-signature/

The allotment of the exhibitors/applicants will be based on their GJEPC Membership status as on 30th April 2026 and as per valid online application with subsequent advance payments submitted to the Council.

Important Instructions for Exhibitors/Applicants Regarding Booth Allotment:

1. Entry and Documentation for Decision Makers: Please carry a copy of the booth allotment schedule, your company ID card, and Aadhaar Card for smooth entry. Entry through Gate No. 4 is recommended. Limited car parking is available from Gate No. 5. We recommend arriving at least 10 min before your allotment time mentioned to avoid last-minute inconvenience.
2. A strict time limit of 2 minutes will be allocated for booth selection. Failure to select a booth within the stipulated time will result in auto-allotment by the GJEPC Secretariat.
3. Premium charges, as per the selected booth and indicated in the floorplan (e.g., corner charges), will be applicable.

Your adherence to these instructions is highly appreciated, and we look forward to your cooperation to ensure a successful and efficient booth allotment process.

Attention Exhibitors

In the event that your company name is not reflected in the allotment schedule or on the floorplan, despite submission of your Online Space Application Form, or for any other queries, we kindly urge you to reach out to the GJEPC Office promptly. Please ensure that you contact us on or before 12th October 2026 before 4:00 PM at www.gjepc.org/helpdesk. Any concerns or discrepancies brought to our attention after this deadline will not be entertained.

Cancellation During Ongoing Allotment:

Requests for booth cancellations will not be accepted during the ongoing allotment on 15^th October 2026. Companies wishing to withdraw must send a written notice to www.gjepc.org/helpdesk. Please note that cancellation charges, as per the cancellation policy, will apply.

Note: We request all the members to be present in Mumbai for ease of allotment. However, if any member is unable to be present at the Booth allotment venue in Mumbai, then you can contact your respective regional office of the Council.

We request all the applicants to look at the allotment rules and regulation very carefully along with the Floor plans and no changes will be done during the allotment process. Also, the code of conduct should be referred and followed as any violation will be viewed very strictly and will lead to cancellation of your current (IIJS Bharat – Signature 2027) and future participations too.
