We are pleased to announce the opening of space booking for 34th edition of India International Jewellery Show (IIJS 2017) as per below:
Like each year, members will be able to successfully submit their space application forms only through www.iijs.org (under Exhibitor Registration) by using existing username and password (same as being used for membership registration and renewal).
With a view to optimise aisle spaces and offer easy sourcing opportunities at the show, minor modifications have been carried out thus largely maintaining the last year’s floor plan. All these changes are being introduced to keep the exhibition floor product centric, ease out navigation and enhance services & facilities. The key modifications at upcoming IIJS 2017 are listed below:
Members are requested to carefully study the new floor plan, read the rules & regulations stated in the space application form including important guidelines, allotment procedure and cancellation policy (no relaxations will be permitted under any circumstances). Members who haven’t renewed the current year membership (applicable for Indian companies) and having past outstanding dues with us will automatically be disqualified from the application process even though they may have exhibited last year or their names appear in the waiting list for 1/2/3 consecutive years.
Members can also contact any of our offices/centres nearest to you as stated below:
The last date for submission of online space application form is 27th May 2017
All the applicants will have to send the requisite advance payment along with the print acknowledgement receipt that will be made available at the time of successful submission of the online space application form. The same has to be compulsorily signed ONLY by the Director / Partner / Proprietor as notified to our membership section in their RCMC on all the pages (including the terms & conditions section) including company seal within 4 working days from the date of successful online submission.
Please be informed that if we DO NOT receive your online space application form and advance payment with your membership renewed with the Council within the stipulated deadline as mentioned above then you will automatically lose your chance for a preferential allotment of space at IIJS 2017, even though you may have exhibited at IIJS 2016. Kindly take note that in case of non-submission or incomplete submission, applications will be automatically rejected without any notice and such members would not be eligible for further consideration in the preferential allotment of space (even though you might wish to retain same space as last year). The allotment preference has been pre-defined under the existing rules & regulations for allotment of booths and also available in downloadable format on www.iijs.org. Looking forward to your kind co-operation and hope to keep serving you in the future.
