CIRCULAR

SUBJECT: Refund / Carry forward of 25% advance paid for stall participation at IIJS Premiere 2020 show scheduled for 6- 10 August 2020

Dear Exhibitors of IIJS Premiere 2020,

Greetings from GJEPC!!!

We hope you and your family are safe and healthy!

In continuation to the circular dated 28th July 2020, wherein the Council had announced the postponement of IIJS Premiere 2020 scheduled from 6th – 10th Aug 2020 to January 2021. This postponement was done due to the Covid 19 pandemic situation in the country and with a hope that the Covid 19 situation would normalize & lives will be back to normal to conduct a show of the magnitude of IIJS.

Unfortunately there seems no relief in the lockdown measures and restrictions imposed by the government. Also the IIJS venue (Bombay Exhibition Centre), has been occupied as Covid 19 facility centre and there is no clarity as to when the venue would be available to organize the next edition of IIJS Premiere.

Hence, the Exhibition Sub-Committee of GJEPC has decided on the below two options for all exhibitors, who were allotted booths/stalls on 18th & 19th February 2020 for IIJS Premiere 2020 and based on the same had paid 25% advance of participation cost, (with benefits of the discounts then offered) can exercise either of the below two options considering the postponement.

Option 1. Carry forward of the 25% advance paid: Exhibitors, who have paid 25% advance of the participation cost & were allotted stalls for IIJS Premiere 2020, can carry forward their amount paid to GJEPC for the next physical show (Tentatively scheduled to August 2021).

Those who will opt for carrying forward their advance will be provided with incentive as decided by the National Exhibition Sub-Committee of the Council at a later date.

Option 2. Refund of 25% advance amount paid: Exhibitors, who have paid 25% advance of their participation cost & were allotted stalls for IIJS Premiere 2020, can opt for refund of their 25% advance paid towards their stall for IIJS Premiere 2020.

For exhibitors requesting for refund may note:
