The continued success of the IIJS Bharat shows has reaffirmed its position as one of the most prominent platforms for the gem and jewellery industry worldwide. IIJS Bharat exhibitions continue to provide strong business opportunities exclusively for GJEPC members.
|
|
To facilitate long-term business planning and ensure economy of participation, the Council had launched IIJS Prime Assure Scheme on 2024 for two consecutive Financial Years from 2024–2026 which had received an overwhelming response.

Opening of applications for IIJS Prime Assure Scheme for the years 2026-28
|
|
Council is now thrilled to open the next cycle of IIJS Prime Assure for 2026-2028, enabling members to apply for participation across all six IIJS Bharat shows (IIJS Bharat - Premiere 2026 -27, IIJS Bharat - Signature 2027 – 28, IIJS Bharat - Tritiya 2027-28) for two consecutive years. The IIJS Prime Assure Scheme offers members various commercial as well as other benefits and plan their business strategies and marketing activities with greater certainty. Please have a look at the IIJS Prime Assure Benefits in the enclosed guidelines.

Single show application for IIJS Bharat – Premiere 2026 is also available. Single show bookings for IIJS Bharat - Signature & IIJS Bharat - Tritiya show will also open soon and will be communicated separately through a subsequent circular.

We would like to inform you that Prime Assure is, and has always been, an optional scheme. While it offers additional benefits to exhibitors, it is not a mandatory requirement for participation or allotment for any of the editions of IIJS Bharat. Exhibitors remain free to select the individual show or prime assure scheme that best fits their specific needs.
|
|
Renovation at Bombay Exhibition Centre (BEC), Goregaon- Please note that Hall 1 at the Bombay Exhibition Centre (BEC), Goregaon is currently undergoing renovation and will therefore not be available for use during the year financial year 2026-27. Hence the participants of IIJS Premiere 2025 at Hall 1 will be displaced. National Exhibition subcommittee team are exploring all possible options available across both venues of BEC and JWCC to accommodate and allot booths in best possible manner to avoid disappointment of members based on the prevailing situations and eventualities . Looking at such situation IIJS Bharat – Premiere applicants will be allowed to apply for ONLY for Retention / Change of Location & Less area (More area option will not be available for any applicant exhibitor).

Due to renovation any changes in booth/ floor plan etc, for Hall 1 participants will be temporary in nature and may change for future shows as per the progress of renovation of Hall 1 at NESCO.
|
|

Attention Applicants:
|
|
“No counter sale will be permitted during the Exhibition: As per the existing rules, if any Exhibitor is found selling any goods, the Council shall take such action as it deems fit including debarring the said Exhibitor from participating in the Exhibition and any future exhibitions which may be organized by the Council from time to time.”
|
|
Submission of application for prime assure does not guarantee stall allotment. Allotment is subject to availability of space.
|
|
An exhibitor his free to cancel participation at any time during the Prime assure period of 2026-28 or is not allotted space under the IIJS Prime Assure Scheme, they will not be considered as a Prime Assure Exhibitor for the remaining shows and will not be eligible to avail any Prime Assure benefits. The cancellations rules as printed in the application form applies for such cancellation.

The space application for all 6 IIJS Bharat shows for the year 2026–28 will open on 13th April 2026. We request you to fill your space application form on or before 30th April 2026 to avail the exclusive Discount Benefit Offer of IIJS Prime Assure and continue with the preference status offered to different categories. Kindly login at https://registration.gjepc.org/login.php using your existing username and password (same as used for membership registration/renewal).

Please be informed that if we do not receive your online space application form and advance payment on or before 30th April 2026, for IIJS Bharat - Premiere (single show) or IIJS Prime Assure Scheme then you will automatically lose your preference if any, for allotment of space at IIJS Bharat - Premiere 2026 (single show) or applying for Prime Assure Scheme with price lock and other benefits for IIJS Bharat - Premiere 2026 & 2027, IIJS Bharat - Signature 2027 & 2028 and IIJS Bharat - Tritiya 2027 & 2028. Kindly take note that in case of non-submission or incomplete submission of your application within 30th April 2026, your application will automatically be rejected without any notice, and such members will not be eligible for further consideration in our scheme of preferential allotment of space for participation at single or multiple IIJS Bharat shows.
