Subject: Schedule for Booth Allotment on 20th June 2026 at Bharat Ratnam – Mega Common Facilitation Centre (MEGA CFC), SEEPZ, Mumbai for Jewellery Section of IIJS Bharat - Premiere 2026

Greetings!
In continuation to the booth allotment circular for IIJS Bharat - Premiere 2026 sent on 15th June 2026 (enclosed), please find herewith the booth allotment schedule for the Jewellery Section scheduled on Saturday, 20th June 2026.
Procedure & Venue for Booth Allotment:
The centralized location for booth allotment for all applicants (Pan India) will be held on Saturday, 20th June 2026 at the below venue:
Venue Bharat Ratnam – Mega Common Facilitation Centre (MEGA CFC)
Gate No. 4, SEEPZ Special Economic Zone
5th Floor – Mega CFC
Andheri (East), Mumbai – 400096
Time 9:00 AM onwards
We request all members to be present in Mumbai for ease of allotment as per the details mentioned in the allotment schedule (enclosed). For any reason, if member/s are unable to be present in Mumbai for their booth allotment, then member/s can contact the respective Regional Office of the Council. Kindly refer to the stall allotment schedule for your specific room number at the Mumbai allotment venue.
KEY UPDATES FOR IIJS BHARAT – PREMIERE 2026 EXHIBITORS:
Members of Hall 2,3 & 4 who have applied for Retention (Same Area Same Location) -
  • To facilitate proper realignment of the floorplan, a few stall numbers have been revised. Members are requested to kindly refer to the attached floorplan for updated stall numbers.
  • Exhibitors in Halls 2, 3 & 4 (BEC) who have opted for retention will be auto allotted their respective booths in the same halls and are not required to be present for the booth allotment process. You are requested to refer to the enclosed floor plans to check your company names, locations etc.
Members of Hall 1,5,6 in BEC (Nesco) & Pavilion and Jasmine Halls in JWCC who have applied for Retention (Same Area Same Location) will be considered as per below;
  • All Exhibitors in Halls 1, 5 & 6 (BEC) have been dislocated due to floorplan realignment. Such exhibitors will be accorded preference during the booth allotment process.
  • All Exhibitors located in the Pavilion and Jasmine Hall (JWCC) have also been dislocated and will be accorded preference during the booth allotment process.
  • All dislocated exhibitors are requested to refer to the attached Annexure – Dislocated Companies for details pertaining to their eligibility for preferential booth selection.
Dedicated area for Pearls
As requested by certain members during the Zoom meeting held with participants of the Colour Gemstone Section, particularly those exclusively dealing in pearls, a dedicated area for Pearl exhibitors has been earmarked within the Colour Gemstone Section in Lotus Hall in  JWCC (previously mentioned as Jasmine Hall in zoom meeting conducted). The list of identified Pearl exhibitors eligible for this dedicated area is enclosed as Annexure 2.
Revision over the communication shared in the circular for booth allotment sent on 15th June 2026
As displayed in the zoom meeting with Colour gemstone members & communicated in the booth allotment circular, the placement for "Colour Gemstones Section” will be  in  premium Lotus and Jasmine Hall in JWCC. Members are requested to please note of this change.
The Select Club at IIJS Bharat – Premiere 2026:
Please NOTE: All the participants of The Select Club will be dislocated due to rearrangement of the floor plan and will be accommodated in Jasmine Hall in JWCC.
Selection Criteria for The Select Club Applicants:
1.   All the IIJS Bharat - Premiere 2025 participants who are dislocated will be allotted first.
Allotment will be undertaken starting from larger to smaller booths, and through a lottery system wherever required. No modifications in booth size or location will be accepted after submission of the online application and before allotment.
Lottery will be done as per Membership category in the following order:
  1. Ordinary Members
  2. MSME Members
  3. Associate Members
2.   As one needs to qualify to be a Select Club participant at IIJS Bharat, applicants who have qualified and are already participating as part of The Select Club in either IIJS Bharat - Signature, IIJS Bharat - Tritiya, or both shall be considered next based on the following criteria:
First Preference:
Select Club Participants who have participated in both IIJS Bharat - Signature and IIJS Bharat - Tritiya 2026
Second Preference:
Select Club Participants who have participated in either of IIJS Bharat - Signature or IIJS Bharat - Tritiya 2026
Lottery will be done in respect of Membership category preference in the following order:
1. Ordinary Members
2. MSME Members
3. Associate Members
Allotment will be undertaken section-wise, starting from larger to smaller booths, and through a lottery system wherever required. No modifications in booth size or location will be accepted after submission of the online application and before allotment.
General Preferences for All Categories
  • Ordinary Members – 1st preference in booth allotment
  • MSME / Udyog Aadhar / SSI registered Members – 2nd preference
  • Associate Members – 3rd preference
Chronological Order for Booth Allotment
  1. Auto-allotment for companies retaining the same area and location as IIJS Bharat – Premiere 2025.
  2. Dislocated companies due to section re-layout (refer Annexure 1 in schedule).
  3. Companies applying for less area than last year.
  4. Companies applying for same area but different location.
  5. Companies applying for more area in different sections.
  6. New Applicants as per availability
Live Stall Allotment:
All members can witness the live stall allotment on the day of the event, i.e. Saturday, 20th June 2026, at: https://gjepc.org/iijs-premiere/
It may be noted that exhibitors/applicants having any past payment outstanding/dues with GJEPC on the date of allotment will automatically be disqualified from the allotment process without any further notice.
The allotment of the exhibitors/applicants will be based on their GJEPC Membership status as on 30th April 2026 and as per valid online application with subsequent advance payments submitted to the Council.
Important Instructions for Exhibitors/Applicants Regarding Booth Allotment:
To ensure a smooth and efficient booth allotment process, we kindly request your attention to the following guidelines. Your cooperation in adhering to the set timelines is crucial for the successful completion of the allotment as scheduled. We appreciate your understanding and support in making this procedure seamless.
  • Auto Allotment for “Same Area, Same Location” (Retention) Exhibitors/Applicants:
    Exhibitors/Applicants who have opted for “Same Area Same Location” (Retention) will be retained in their existing locations at Bombay Exhibition Centre (BEC, Nesco) only for hall 2,3 & 4 and their booths will be auto allotted. These companies need not attend the allotment venue and can check the attached floorplan.
  • Dislocated Companies (Applicants of Hall 1, 5 & 6 in BEC and Pavilion & Jasmine Hall in JWCC):
    In order to properly align the floorplan, companies have been dislocated. (Refer Annexure 1).
  • Entry and Documentation for Decision Makers:
    Only the designated decision-maker authorized to select the booth will be permitted for allotment. Please carry a copy of the booth allotment schedule, your company ID card, and Aadhaar Card for smooth entry. Entry through Gate No. 4 is recommended. Limited car parking is available from Gate No. 5. We recommend arriving before the allotment time to avoid last-minute inconvenience.
  • Restrictions on Internal Discussions During Booth Selection:
    Only the designated decision-maker authorized to select the booth will be permitted for allotment.
  • Time Allotment for Booth Selection:
    A strict time limit of 2 minutes will be allocated for booth selection. Failure to select a booth within the stipulated time will result in auto-allotment by the GJEPC Secretariat.
  • Adherence to Timeline:
    All exhibitors are requested to strictly follow the mentioned timeline to facilitate an organized booth allotment process.
  • Premium Charges:
    Premium charges, as per the selected booth and indicated in the floorplan (e.g., corner charges), will be applicable.
  • Stall Numbers:
    To properly align the stall numbering, stall numbers have been revised. Companies in Hall 2, 3 & 4 in BEC who have retained their stalls are requested to kindly refer to the attached floorplan for updated stall numbers.

Important Notice: Attention Exhibitors
In the event that your company name is not reflected in the allotment schedule or on the floorplan, despite submission of your Online Space Application Form, or for any other queries, we kindly urge you to reach out to the GJEPC Office promptly. Please ensure that you contact us on or before 19th June 2026 before 2:00 PM at www.gjepc.org/helpdesk.
Please excuse us of this short timeline due to unavoidable circumstance.
Any concerns or discrepancies brought to our attention after this deadline will not be entertained.
Note: If a participant is absent or arrives late during their allotted time, and their company name is drawn during the lottery, GJEPC reserves the right to randomly allot the booth without any preference. No changes or further requests in this regard will be entertained.
Cancellation During Ongoing Allotment:
Requests for booth cancellations will not be accepted during the ongoing allotment on 20th June 2026. Companies wishing to withdraw must send a written notice in advance to iijs@gjepcindia.com. Please note that cancellation charges, as per the cancellation policy, will apply.
