Dear Members and Applicants of IIJS Premiere 2021 - ROI

We are pleased with the overwhelming response from 1300+ applicants for the Registration of Interest (ROI) to participate at the 37th edition of IIJS Premiere 2021 (Physical) to be organized outside Mumbai.

Based on the demand received, we are happy to announce the opening of space bookings for the much-awaited IIJS PREMIERE 2021 to be held from 15th to 19th September 2021 (5 days, Wednesday to Sunday)

Depending on the overall infrastructure, support from local govt, and various other aspects which are necessary to make your participation a remarkable one and IIJS Premiere 2021 a grand success, we are glad to inform that the show will be organized at Bangalore International Exhibition Centre (BIEC), Tumkur Road, Bangalore

As the dates are already decided and time is short, we are hereby sending the space application form for submission to all the ROI applicants & GJEPC Members. We request you to fill your space application form on or before 31st July 2021. We anticipate your support and cooperation in these testing Covid times and will keep you posted on all future aspects of the show.

Please note that the submission of space application form will be accepted only through our online portal at (under Exhibitor Registration) by using existing username and password (same as being used for membership registration/renewal). Please take note that there will be NO OPTION of physical space application forms for applying for stall space.


  • All ROI applicants will have to apply for the same area in this space application form as per area submitted in your ROI application of IIJS Premiere 2021
  • All the stalls at IIJS Premiere 2021 will be built-in stalls in Octonorm system. No RAW space / Duplex Stalls option will be there/allowed to be built.
  • All the interested members and applicants are required to submit their Online APPLICATION for participation at IIJS Premiere 2021 on or before 31st July 2021
  • ONLY vaccinated people will be allowed at the IIJS Premiere 2021. At the time of entry at the venue, each person will be required to show their Vaccination Certificate issued by the authorities. Exhibitors/Visitors having 1 dose of vaccination will be required to submit/display RT PCR report
  • Adherence to the guidelines and rules pertaining to COVID 19 as issued and mandated by the Central and State Govt. is a must. Installation of Aarogya Setu App in your mobile device is mandatory for entry at the site at all the times.


  • IIJS Premiere 2021 will be organized as a continuation of IIJS Premiere 2020 that was postponed due to Covid-19 and hence the allotment preference will be given only to the applicants who had been allotted the stalls and have their application advance amount deposited with Council. The order of preference is provided in the table below:

  • As mentioned in our earlier circular about providing incentive to all those exhibitors that had chosen to carry forward their 25% advance amount paid for IIJS Premiere 2020, we are glad to inform you that we are offering a discount of ₹900 per sqm on the space cost. This discount is not applicable to those companies that have withdrawn their advance amount.
  • Further to above, companies that had applied under combo offer (IIJS Signature 2020 & IIJS Premiere 2020) & were allotted booths at IIJS Premiere 2020 will get the then declared discount of 15% (Ordinary Member), 10% (MSME Member) & 5% (Associate Member) as per their membership type.
  • Discount will be only applicable on the stall allotted at IIJS Premiere 2020. Eg exhibitor allotted 4 stalls at IIJS Premiere 2020 and applying for 6 stalls or more at IIJS Premiere 2021, discount will be given on 4 stalls and not on 6 stalls.
  • Exhibitors who had been allotted stalls at the postponed IIJS Premiere 2020 and will continue with their participation at IIJS Premiere 2021 will get due preference for allocation of stalls at IIJS Premiere 2022. They will be able to retain their booth size and location as per IIJS Premiere 2020 allotment
  • Participants who had been allotted stalls at the postponed IIJS Premiere 2020 and wish to opt out from IIJS Premiere 2021 will lose their preference and booth location at IIJS Premiere 2022
  • New applicants of IIJS Premiere 2021 if allotted stall will also be given preference of participation with at least 1 booth at IIJS Premier 2022. Higher number of booths will be subject to availability.
  • Allotment will be done through lottery system for IIJS Premier 2021 applicants, in the order of higher number to lower number of booths and as per their membership type (MSME/Ordinary/Associate).

In our endeavour to provide instant and better facility to members, we are also providing applicants with the easy option of making payment through RTGS in online space application system. Applicants can submit their online application with option of payment through RTGS only.

Members are requested to carefully read and study the rules & regulations mentioned in the online space application form including important guidelines and allotment preference, enclosed.

Please note that members having any past outstanding payment dues with GJEPC will automatically disqualify in the application process. Also, to apply for IIJS Premiere 2021 the members need to have renewed their membership of the Council compulsorily for the financial year 2021-2022. In case of non-renewal of membership, application for stall space will not be accepted online.

The members/exhibitors/applicants may note that IIJS Premiere 2021 is being organised based on the approval received from the Govt. under currently prevailing statutes/regulations/conditions. Any change of statutes/regulations/conditions by Govt. in future may have impact on holding of IIJS Premiere 2021, including postponement/cancellation of the show. Council will not be responsible for such force majeure conditions and by applying members agree to indemnify the Council for the same.

Payment schedule:

  • ROI applicants who have carried forward their advance amount paid for IIJS premiere 2020 and IIJS Signature 2021: All applicants are required to note that your 25% advance submitted for IIJS Premiere 2020 & advance submitted for ROI of IIJS Signature 2021 will be adjusted as advance towards your stall application for IIJS Premiere 2021. Kindly submit your 100% payment (by adjusting the 25% advance payment for IIJS Premiere 2020 & advance paid for IIJS Signature 2021 ROI) on or before 31st July 2021
  • ROI applicants for IIJS Premiere 2021: All the applicants who have submitted the ROI and do not have any previous advance amount with GJEPC are required to submit their 100% payment of their stall on or before 31st July 2021 after adjusting the initial advance payment of Rs. 50,000/- (for 1 and 2 stalls) and Rs 1.00 Lac (for applications of 3 stalls and above) made with ROI application)
  • Members who did not submit ROI for IIJS Premiere 2021: It may be noted that Members who did not participate in ROI process of IIJS Premiere 2021 will have to submit 100% payment on or before 31st July 2021. The allotment of booth will be based on availability only.

Please be informed that if we DO NOT receive your online space application form and payment on or before 31st July 2021, then you will automatically lose your preference for allotment of space at IIJS PREMIERE 2021, if any, even though you may have filled the IIJS Premiere 2021 ROI. Kindly take note that in case of non-submission or incomplete submission, your application will be automatically rejected without any notice and such members will not be eligible for further consideration in our scheme of preferential allotment of space for participation at IIJS.

Purpose of remittance IIJS Premiere 2021 Participation charges

All the applicants will be required to update the UTR number on the IIJS Premiere website after making their 100% payment (after deducting the advance amount). Application without payment details (submission of UTR details) will be rejected.
