Shri. Suchindra Misra is a Civil Servant with over 33 years of experience in the Government of India. He has rich and varied experience of handling policy and regulatory matters in the areas of public finance, public procurement, banking, insurance and other financial institutions. He has also served on the Board of Directors of commercial banks, insurance companies and other financial institutions as also of financial sector regulatory bodies in India.

Mr. Misra is alumnus of a premier business school in India and has briefly worked in the private sector before joining public service.
