Circular for Booth Allotment of the 37th edition of IIJS Premiere 2021, 15th to 19th September 2021 (5 days), Bangalore International Exhibition Centre (BIEC) Bangalore (FOR 10th to 17th AUGUST 2021)

Dear Applicant,

Greetings from GJEPC!!!

Further to our circular on opening of the application process for stalls we are glad to inform you about the allocation of booths at 37th Edition of IIJS Premiere 2021 scheduled to be held at Bangalore International Exhibition Centre (BIEC) Bangalore from 15th-19th September. The response to our circular for space application at IIJS Premiere 2021 has been overwhelming, with more than 1300 + companies submitting their applications for participation.

Please note : The allotment of the applicants will be based on their GJEPC Membership status as on 30th June 2021

Allotment Procedures : Jewellery, Loose Stones, Labs, Machinery and Allied Section

The allotment of the applicants will be based on their GJEPC Membership status as on 30th June 2021.

Applicants whose completed application form in all respects along with full space application payment, as stipulated, has been received and credited to Council’s bank account, on or before 7th August 2021, will ONLY be considered for the preferential allotment as scheduled.

Applicants whose completed application form in all respects along with full space application payment, as stipulated, will be received, between 8th to 12th August 2021, will be scheduled on 18th August 2021.

Applicants having any past payment outstandings / dues with GJEPC on the date of allotment will automatically be disqualified from the allotment process without any further notice.

Allotment of Preference to Applicants in each category will be as per below:

A.PREFERENCE AS PER STATUS OF APPLICANTS :

  • IIJS Premiere 2021 will be organized as a continuation of IIJS Premiere 2020 that was postponed due to Covid-19 and hence the allotment preference will be given only to the applicants who had been allotted the stalls and have their application advance amount deposited with Council. The order of preference is provided in the table below:

B. GENERAL PREFERENCES FOR EVERY CATEGORY

  • Ordinary Members will have 1st preference in the allotment of booths.
  • Members having manufacturing units registered under Udyog Aadhar Number (UAN) / SSI with the Council will get 2nd preference in booth allotment.
  • Associate Member will get the 3rd preference in each respective category of allotment/s. Allotment for multiple applicants will be determined through lottery basis, wherever applicable.

Members are informed that mere application for more area does not guarantee confirmed allotment. The no of booths to be allotted to applicants will be based on the overall application received & available booths

The lottery for booth allotment for all applicants (pan India) will be held from 10th to 18th August 2021 at the St. Regis Hotel, Palladium (Imperial Ballroom, Level 8) 462 Senapati Bapat Marg, Lower Parel,Mumbai 400013.

Please find enclosed the stall allotment schedule for 10th to 17th August 2021.

Please note that in case applicant’s company name is not mentioned in allotment schedule even after submission of Online Space application form, then they are requested to contact the GJEPC Office as per details below before the allotment. In case the applicants fails to bring to the notice of the Council, no further requests/queries will be entertained in this regards.

P.N: In case of absenteeism or the participant arrives late at the time of his allotment time and in case his company name is drawn during the lottery then the participant’s booth will be randomly allotted directly by GJEPC without any preference. No change or further request in this regard will be entertained.

ONLY vaccinated people will be allowed at the IIJS Premiere 2021

The Council will endeavour and make their best efforts to accommodate all the applicants and their requests for IIJS Premiere 2021. However, please note that the floor plan of the show has been prepared looking at the ongoing covid situation and the Govt. rules and regulations(SOP) issued in this regard. The Council reserves all the rights to change any rules & guidelines for the stall allotment and its process keeping in mind the overall interest of the show. All the decision of the Council with regards to the floor plan, the process to be followed and the allotment of stalls will be final & binding on all the applicants and participants.
