BlueRock Sells 7.63 Ct Diamond for US$ 52,000; Realises US$ 6,815 Per Carat

BlueRock Diamonds plc announced that it has sold, in the August tender, a 7.63 carat diamond, retrieved from its Kareevlei Diamond Mine in the Kimberley region of South Africa, for US$ 52,000; thus realising US$ 6,815 per carat.

The Company pointed out that this is the fifth diamond sold this year at a price in excess of US$ 50,000, taking its total sale price to US$ 500,000.
