Dominion Diamond Mines ULC has announced that its next sale will be held in co-operation with I. Hennig Tenders, and be an online auction.

The Company is putting up its latest production of fancy yellow colour and +10.8 carat rough diamonds from the Misery kimberlite pipe, of the Ekati Diamond Mine at auction. Viewings will take place in both Belgium (Antwerp) and Israel (Ramat Gan).

To be hosted by I. Hennig Tenders, the viewings will be held from 5th-11th July 2018 in Antwerp; and from 15th-18th July 2018 in Ramat Gan. The online auction event is scheduled to take place on Thursday July 19, 2018.

“Participation in the auction is strictly by invitation only,” the Company emphasised.

Dominion also announced that it plans to expand the Ekati Diamond Mine by developing an underground operation below the Misery kimberlite pipe.

“It is expected that this will be the last auction of these exceptional fancy colour stones for the next 18 months,” the Company said.
