The GJEPC organised a special awareness programme in Surat on January 30, 2019 for the benefit of SMEs and artisans which was focused on the Apprenticeship Scheme & Labour Law.

The programme was addressed by Mr. D.R. Patel, General Manager, District Industries Commissioner, Surat, Mr. R. D. Jadeja, Apprenticeship Advisor lTI, Surat, and Labour Law Consultants Mr. L. K. Dungarani and Mr. Sohail Sawani.

Presentations covered topics such as Industrial Policy and related schemes of the Government of Gujarat, Apprenticeship Schemes and other benefits offered by the central and state governments, as well as issues like Provident Fund, ESIC & Labour Welfare Fund. The programme included a Q&A session for the participants to seek additional information and clarifications.
