The GJEPC’s Surat Office organised the third session of its recently started WebPosiums (We Syposiums) on the topic ‘Risk Management & Efficiency Improvement to Survive & Grow after Corona’.    

CA Nirav Jogani, Vice President, RSM Astute Consultech Pvt. Ltd. and Lemon Technologies Pvt. Ltd. provided the information and guidance to the more than 100 participants, on the subject.  

During the session he covered topics like current disruptions; future challenges due to COVID-19; possible opportunities post COVID -19, actions – ways to be ready and efficient; what is risk, types of risks; reasons for business failing; risk management process; risk mitigation; tools & measures.  

The Q/A session had lots of people participating enthusiastically.
