<p>In response to a long felt need, The Gem &amp; Jewellery Export Promotion Council (GJEPC) has earmarked a special space &ndash; the Experience Zone &ndash; for designers and women entrepreneurs at concessional rates at its forthcoming trade fair IIJS Signature 2020, to be held from February 13-16, 2020 in Mumbai.</p> <p>It was noted that discussions on various platforms had time and again highlighted the need to provide opportunities to designers (both male and female) and women entrepreneurs. Now, this is being given concrete shape, through a well designed Pavilion to accommodate applicants from these categories.</p> <p>The space will be allocated through a selection process after initial applications have been received. A team of industry professionals has been constituted to make this selection.</p> <p>The India chapter of the Women&rsquo;s Jewelry Association (WJA) is facilitating the designers and women entrepreneurs to take part in the show so that they have the opportunity to display their talents.</p>
