The New York-based Indian Diamond & Colorstone Association (IDCA)  this year honoured Helzberg Diamonds as “Retailer of the  Year”  at its 32nd Annual Awards Night held recently, the association announced.

Beryl Raff, Helzberg’s Chairman/CEO received the prestigious award on behalf of her company.

The IDCA also raised more than US$ 100,000  for the Make-a-Wish Foundation.

 IDCA President, Ashok Sancheti  said it was “a privilege for IDCA to present this year’s award to one of the top leaders in our industry today”.

David Williams, CEO of the Make-A-Wish Foundation thanked Beryl for her work for the children and immense commitment to the foundation. He also gave a brief but  heartwarming presentation on a Wish family that had come especially for the IDCA event.

Beryl Raff while accepting the award said that giving back and helping others is really important.
