Following its application (announced on Dec 15) to the ASX for its removal from the official list, Kimberley Diamonds Ltd (KDL)   reports that it has now received approval from the ASX to delist.

The ASX’s formal decision  states that the date of the delisting will be decided by ASX in consultation with Kimberley Diamonds and subject to completion of due procedures, including approval from  “ordinary security holders of the Company”; and that the notice for a meeting to secure such approval should include  “full particulars full particulars of the Company’s outstanding loans and those that require restructuring in the short term (including the proposed restructuring terms)”, amongst other procedural requirements.
