Lucapa Diamond Company Limited reported recently that it had garnered a gross revenue of US$ 4.2 million (A$5.7 million) from the sale of 3,411 carats of diamonds from the Lulo alluvial mine in Angola; thus obtaining an average price of US$ 1,220 (A$1,678) per carat. 

The Company noted that the latest sale excluded a select parcel of seven large and premium value Lulo diamonds which have not been presented for sale and are planned for sale at a later date in Q4 2018.
