“Hari Krishna Group promotes a culture of employee wellbeing, and is dedicated to empower employees with yoga to create healthier, happier lives,” the Company said spelling out its objectives. “The organisation also conducts focussed Yoga Shibirs in Surat for a month in the first half of every year.”

“Celebrating 5th International Yoga Day spreads awareness about practicing yoga in our daily lives for a healthy living,” said the promoter of the organisation. “I believe our physical immunity should be so strong that it can recover and overcome any physical challenges faced in our lives. Adding more to this, I also believe that if we nurture our surroundings, it will take care of us. We at HK, have taken this initiative through a pledge today that each and every employee of the organisation will plant 21 saplings in this year, across their vicinity encouraging tree plantation to save our nature.”

The mass yoga demonstration of employees takes forward the Government of India’s vision to build awareness of yoga as a practice that unites mind, body and soul of every individual, the Company concluded.
