PJSC ALROSA announced yesterday that Anton Siluanov, Finance Minister of the Russian Federation has been re-elected as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board.

 ALROSA’s Shareholders, at the Annual General Meeting of Company held on June 30th 2016, had elected a new Supervisory Board.  Following that, on August 5th the Chairman of ALROSA’s Supervisory Board, the First Vice Chairman and the Vice Chairman were elected.

• Others elected to the above mentioned posts were: Yegor Borisov, Head of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), was reelected as the First Vice Chairman; and Alexander Galushka, Minister for the Development of the Russian Far East, was confirmed to continue as the Vice Chairman.
