STPL,  the Surat-based developer of advanced technological solutions for the diamond industry, has been  bestowed with the ‘Pinnacle Award for Excellence in Manufacturing’ by the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII). The Company received the award for its “Organised and Impactful R&D Efforts”.

Announcing the receipt of the honour, STPL explained that the CII instituted the award “to catalyse significant and innovative practices in the manufacturing sector, thereby facilitating a forward-looking and a sustainable growth for the Indian industry”. With these awards, CII hopes to trigger a “Manufacturing Renaissance” in the country.

STPL won the award from amongst a total nomination list of 150 top companies in India. Winning awards is no new achievement for STPL which has been a recipient of several national and international awards in the past. Yet, it is still a matter of pride for the Company.
