Sushil Goyal Elected to ICA Board as US Director

The International Colored Gemstone Association (ICA) announced recently that its members in the United States have elected Sushil Goyal of Liberty Gems, New York, as the next U.S. Director. Following Goyal’s election, the last remaining open seat on the ICA Board, consisting of 23 Directors from 17 different countries, has been filled.

Goyalwill now represent the US on ICA’s Board of Directors along with Bruce Bridges of Bridges Tsavorite, Tucson.

A veteran with a long association with the gemstone trade, Goyal has earlier served both as President of, and on the Board of, the Indian Diamond &Coloredstone Association, New York (IDCA).

ICA president Clement Sabbagh made the announcement about the election in Las Vegas during the 2018 JCK Show. “We are pleased to welcome Sushil back to the Board of Directors,” said Sabbagh. “It is good to have a full Board again as we get ready to host our very first ICA Exhibition here at JCK Las Vegas 2019, as well as our biennial Congress in Bangkok in October 2019.”
