PJSC ALROSA has hatched holiday plans for about 2,500 chidren of its employees – the Company  will send them for a  vacation to Russia’s health resorts during the summer holidays.

The first batch of children who are part of this “rest and recreation” campaign, have been already taken by charter flight Mirny-Gelendzhik from Yakutia to the Black Sea coast of the Krasnodar territory.  For the second consecutive year, children under the ALROSA programme have been taken to Niva, “a sanatorium recreation camp for children”. This year, 200 children will spend 21 days at the health resort.  

“The Company’s experts from the social department and trade union carried out an extensive research to choose a children’s camp. First and foremost, we were focused on security, comfortable accommodation and balanced meals for children,” says Tatiana Volk, lead specialist of ALROSA’s social and regional development section.

Every year, ALROSA revealed, it spends more than RUB 200 million, on children’s recreation expenses. “The Company pays for air transportation and accompanying of the children to the holiday resort,” ALROSA said. “More than two thousand children of ALROSA’s employees will spend their summer holidays in the children’s holiday camps in Mirny district.”
