The Gem & Jewellery Export Promotion Council has appealed to the Indian G&J fraternity to come forward and contribute generously to a special fund set up by The Gem & Jewellery National Relief Foundation (GJNRF) to provide assistance to the families of the country’s CRPF jawans who have given their lives guarding the country.

Over the past few days, the industry has been conducting various types of meetings and marches. In Mumbai, the Bharat Diamond Bourse conducted a Condolence Meet on Pulwama Attack on Friday February 16, while the Jewellers Association Jaipur organised a Candle March from Ambedkar Circle to Amar Jawan Jyoti Memorial to express the solidarity towards marytrs of Puwama.
