A delegation from The Gem & Jewellery Export Promotion Council (GJEPC) met with Shri Vipul Goel, Minister for Industries, Environment & Skill Development, of the State of Haryana, on Friday 28, 2019 at Faridabad.

The GJEPC delegation was led by Manish Jivani, Convener of the MSME sub-committee of the GJEPC; and included MSME sub-committee members Ramesh Bhalani, Mahesh Vagani, and Naresh Lathiya; and Mithilesh Pandey from the Council secretariat. Rajive Chawla, Chairman of IAmSMEofIndia, a one-stop solution centre for MSMEs was also present.

The meeting focussed on the various MSME schemes prevailing in the State of   Haryana; and explored opportunities that could be offered to the gems and jewellery industry for cluster development and the setting up of Jewellery Park.
