Shri Sugrive Meena, the Commissioner of Customs, Jaipur, visited Indian Institute of Gems and Jewellery (IIGJ), Jaipur for awarding Certificates to Customs Officers who completed an orientation program on Gemstone Identification Training that was organised by GJEPC at the IIGJ Jaipur campus. The training was organised in two batches for 20 Customs Officers in the rank of DC, AC, Inspector, Superintendent and Appraisers posted at Air Cargo Complex, Jaipur Gemstone Exchange, Foreign Post Office and SEZ, Jaipur. The Commissioner was welcomed by Dr Nawal Agarwal, Convener - Gold Jewellery Panel, GJEPC & Chairman, IIGJ Jaipur; Shri B.N. Gupta, Convener - SFT/Synthetic Stone/ Costume & Fashion Jewellery, GJEPC; and Shri K.B. Goyal, Convener - Silver Jewellery Panel, GJEPC.
