The Gem & Jewellery Export Promotion Council has set up two phone numbers to further facilitate its members: one is a number for the Helpdesk number and the other is for a Missed Call service.

The toll-free number of the GJEPC Helpdesk is:1800-103-4353; while the number for Missed Call Service is: 7208048100.

Under this service, members giving a missed call will get a return SMS from GJEPC, and this will be followed up with a call from one of the team members who will further facilitate the member on his requirements.
