“Smart buy allows customers to place orders for manufacturing jewellery online with the added benefit on price,” the company said.  

Customers can browse and  choose  products from its online collection of  bridal ornaments and dailywear jewellery that are currently in stock, or even out of stock  and then custome them for size specifications.

 The website’s custom jewellery feature allows customers to upload their own jewellery designs or tweak the ones already available on the website. The Malabar Gold & Diamonds online team will assess the requirement and send a price estimate. Customers can confirm the order by making an online payment.

The company says that the approximate price and time of delivery of each manufacturing order is displayed for each product on the website. When a customer ticks the smart buy option, the exclusive price estimate appears instantly.

However, in both smart buy and custom jewellery options, the final price may differ slightly due to variations in gold, diamond and stone weight and cost. The revised price will be sent to the customer once the order is ready. After the final payment is made, the customised jewellery will be delivered to the customer.
