Smt. Shalini Agarwal, IAS, Municipal Commissioner of Surat Municipal Corporation and Shri Daxesh Mavani, Mayor, Surat along with other officials visited the GJEPC headquarters at the Bharat Diamond Bourse (BDB) in Mumbai on 16th October.

The dignitaries were welcomed by Shri Kirit Bhansali, Chairman, GJEPC; Shri Anoop Mehta, Convener – Diamond Panel, GJEPC; Shri Ashish Borda, Convenor, PMBD Sub-committee, GJEPC; Shri Mital Doshi, Member – Diamond Panel, GJEPC; and Shri Sabyasachi Ray, Executive Director, GJEPC, along with key industry stakeholders including Shri Dinesh Lakhani of Kiran Gems and Shri Shreyans Dholakia of SRK among others.

The meeting signifies GJEPC’s commitment in driving infrastructure growth and innovation to strengthen Surat’s position as the world’s diamond capital.
