When & Where is DDES being held?

DDES is being held on 14th – 15th April 2017 at Samast Patidar Samaj Trust, Katargram, Surat. The timings for the show is from 10.00 am to 6.00 pm

Who can be the participants at DDES?

The participants will be leading laboratories & companies providing synthetic diamond detection machines & equipment.

What are the charges to be an exhibitor at DDES?

Seminar:

Session Seminar Slot Cost
1 Hour INR 40,000 per slot
  1. Government Service tax applicable @ 15%
  2. 10% Refundable Security Deposit.
How many stalls will be available at DDES?

Since DDES 17 is the 2nd edition, Limited opportunity is available as only 12 stalls are available.

Is display of jewelry allowed at DDES?

NO. Display of jewelry is strictly prohibited at DDES.

Who will be visiting DDES? What are the charges & procedure?

The entry will be free to all trade members dealing in diamonds & diamond jewellery. Entry to seminars will be through registration. The registration will be done at the expo venue by providing your visiting card.

Is Hotel accommodation available to visitors?

The visitors will have to make their own arrangements for stay

Are there any seminars at DDES?

Yes, there will be concurrent seminars along with the expo wherein various speakers would be discussing on the synthetic diamonds & its detection techniques. The details on the seminar topics would soon be available

How can we register for seminars?

The entry to seminars will be through pre-registration by submitting the registration form available online along with the interested slot

Can we purchase machines/equipment, during the show?

No, it’s a pure B2B show. You can only place the orders with the exhibitors.

How would one receive their Visitors badges?

The badges will be available for pickup at the venue.

Where can I get exhibitor information?

The Exhibitors information will be online as soon as we receive the same from the Exhibitors.

What are the advertisement & promotion plan for DDES?

The event will be well publicized in leading diamond magazines & publications. Invitations will be sent to all members of GJEPC, BDB & Jewellery Retailers. Various promotional activities like door-to-door promotion, posters/fliers distribution in BDB, Tele-calling / SMS Campaigns / Emailers to industry members

Is parking facility available at the venue?

Yes, parking facility is available at the venue.
